Title: Deceptive Songs Post by: Mark on April 07, 2014, 12:57:36 pm Deceptive poplar songs that you might know but dont really know.
The Beatles - Let It Be Lyrics When I find myself in times of trouble, Mother Mary comes to me Speaking words of wisdom, let it be And in my hour of darkness she is standing right in front of me Speaking words of wisdom, let it be Let it be, let it be, let it be, let it be Whisper words of wisdom, let it be And when the broken hearted people living in the world agree There will be an answer, let it be For though they may be parted, there is still a chance that they will see There will be an answer, let it be Let it be, let it be, let it be, yeah let it be There will be an answer, let it be Let it be, let it be, let it be, let it be Whisper words of wisdom, let it be Yeah let it be, let it be, let it be, let it be There will be an answer, let it be Let it be, let it be, let it be, let it be There will be an answer, let it be And when the night is cloudy there is still a light that shines on me Shine until tomorrow, let it be I wake up to the sound of music, Mother Mary comes to me There will be no sorrow, let it be eeee Let it be, let it be, let it be, yeah, let it be There will be no sorrow, let it be Let it be, let it be, yeah let it be, yeah, let it be Whisper words of wisdom, let it be Title: Re: Deceptive Songs Post by: Mark on April 07, 2014, 01:00:57 pm Beatles My Sweet Lord Lyrics

In fact YES is a very New-age band. Most of their songs deal with the new-age in one way or another. Especially the older stuff. And in a time that's closer Life will be even bolder then Souls will be complicated Life will be consummated then Hearts will be brought together Soon in our minds forever then As long as we see There's only us who can change it Only us to rearrange it At the start of a new kind of day Love is the only answer Hate is the root of cancer then Truth is just for the being And there's the sight for seeing then Thoughts will be thought together Soon in our minds forever then As long as we see There's only us who can change it Only us to rearrange it At the start of a new kind of day And in a time that's closer Life will be even bolder then Love is the only answer Hate is the root of cancer then Thoughts will be thought together Soon in our minds forever then Title: Re: Deceptive Songs Post by: Psalm 51:17 on April 07, 2014, 01:16:50 pm FWIW, when I was having problems in HS(and was institutionalized and under psychiatry), the song in the OP was the very one my psychiatrist at the time told me to think about.
I took it at face value at the time(thinking it would give me calmness), but at the same time I never had ANY idea what the lyrics were. Wow...or maybe not...as Rome's fingerprints are all over the secular places, it seems. Title: Re: Deceptive Songs Post by: Psalm 51:17 on April 07, 2014, 01:22:22 pm Quote Love is the only answer Hate is the root of cancer then Truth is just for the being And there's the sight for seeing then Notice the KICKER in the 3rd sentence here...right after they promote LOVE and condemn HATE...they all but say truth is RELATIVE. Pt being that it's not only the New Agers that embrace this - it's no wonder why the modern-day churches are VERY Apostate now...they too hold to this line of "truth is RELATIVE, NOT absolute" thinking. The false bible versions have really fueled this fire. As for there's the "sight for seeing"...well, in scripture, we walk by FAITH, NOT by sight. Another thing - notice how they use ALOT of repetitions - this is very typical for rock music(both secular and CCM alike, that is). That's b/c they put more emphasis on the irregular/back beats and rhythms. And of course, repetitions is part of their mind control agenda as well. Title: Re: Deceptive Songs Post by: Mark on April 07, 2014, 01:25:21 pm Barry Manilow – I Write The Songs Lyrics
I've been alive forever, And I wrote the very first song. I put the words and the melodies together, I am music, And I write the songs. (CHORUS) I write the songs that make the whole world sing. I write the songs of love and special thing s. I write the songs that make the young girls cry. I write the songs, I write the songs. My home lies deep within you, And I've got my own place in your sole. Now, when I look out through your eyes, I'm youg again, even though I'm very old. (CHORUS) I write the songs that make the whole world sing. I write the songs of love and special thing s. I write the songs that make the young girls cry. I write the songs, I write the songs. Oh my music makes you dance And gives your spirit to take a chance, And I wrote some rock n roll so you can move. Music fills your heart, Well, that's a real fine place to start. It's from me it's for you, It's from you, it's from me, It's a world wide symphony. (CHORUS) I write the songs that make the whole world sing. I write the songs of love and special thing s. I write the songs that make the young girls cry. I write the songs, I write the songs. I am music, and I write the songs. Eze 28:13 Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created. Title: Re: Deceptive Songs Post by: Mark on April 07, 2014, 02:02:42 pm Rainbow Connection Lyrics
yes the Muppet song that Kermit sings Why are there so many songs about rainbows And what's on the other side Rainbows are visions But only illusions And rainbows have nothing to hide So we've been told And some choose to believe it I know they're wrong, wait and see Some day we'll find it The rainbow connection The lovers, the dreamers, and me Who said that every wish Would be heard and answered When wished on the morning star NIV Isa 14:12 How you have fallen from heaven, morning star, son of the dawn! Somebody thought of that And someone believed it And look what it's done so far What's so amazing That keeps us stargazing And what do we think we might see Some day we'll find it The rainbow connection The lovers, the dreamers, and me All of us under its spell, we know that it's probably magic Have you been half asleep? And have you heard voices? I've heard them calling my name Is this the sweet sound That called the young sailors? The voice might be one and the same I've heard it too many times to ignore it It's something that I'm supposed to be Some day we'll find it The rainbow connection The lovers, the dreamers and me La da da di da da dum da duh da da dum di da Title: Re: Deceptive Songs Post by: Psalm 51:17 on April 07, 2014, 03:04:13 pm Quote When wished on the morning star NIV Isa 14:12 How you have fallen from heaven, morning star, son of the dawn! Good catch! Isn't one of the lyrics in one of the older Disneyworld commercials, "Oh how I wish on that morning star..."? Never thought about that until now. Title: Re: Deceptive Songs Post by: Mark on April 07, 2014, 03:18:09 pm DISHWALLA LYRICS "Counting Blue Cars"
Must of been mid afternoon As I could tell by how far the child's shadow stretched out And he walked with a purpose in his sneakers, down the street He had many questions like children often do He said, "Tell me all your thoughts on God And tell me am I very far?" Must of been late afternoon As on our way the sun broke free of the clouds We count only blue cars skip the cracks, in the street And ask many questions like children often do We said, "Tell me all your thoughts on God 'Cause I would really like to meet her And ask her why we're who we are. Tell me all your thoughts on God 'Cause I am on my way to see her So tell me am I very far, am I very far now?" It's getting cold picked up the pace How our shoes make hard noises in this place Our clothes are stained We pass many cross-eyed people And ask many questions Like children often do "Tell me all your thoughts on God. 'Cause I would really like to meet her And ask her why we're who we are, tell And tell me all your thoughts on God. 'Cause I am on my way to see her So tell me am I very far Am I very far now, am I very far now, am I very far now? Tell me all your thoughts on God." Title: Re: Deceptive Songs Post by: NilsFor1611 on December 31, 2022, 10:06:31 am It is certainly not easy for any even of us not to fall for their nonsense. We should certainly be careful not to listen to certain music we even may like. |
