50 Years in the "Church" of Rome

Conversion Testimony of a Former Catholic Priest

As a child, Chiniquy memorized scriptures at his mother's knee and developed a deep love for God. Becoming a priest, he wanted desperately to place full trust in his "church", but was hit by waves of doubt as his "church" claimed adherence to the Gospel, yet violated it at every turn. His jealous superiors falsely accused him, but Abraham Lincoln, a young lawyer from Illinois, defended him and saved his reputation. Chiniquy proves that it was the Jesuits who later killed Lincoln, and explains why.

Finally, after twenty-five years as a priest in the Roman Catholic Church, his bishop demanded that he give up his precious Bible, and pledge blind obedience to the "church. After a dark night of struggle, he emerged gloriously saved, and led almost the entire Catholic population of St. Anne, Illinois to trust in Christ alone. Here is the finest work ever written to show, from the inside, what Catholicism really is. You will feel Chiniquy's broken heart for Catholics, even as he clearly refutes Catholicism's errors. Now, abridged from the 1886 edition, it is even more readable than before!

The Big Betrayal

The true story of Charles Chiniquy, a former Roman Catholic priest.

Before Charles Chiniquy was born, his dad was studying to become a Roman Catholic priest in Canada. But he saw something happen in the Church that upset him so much, that he quit. He studied law and became a notary.

As he was leaving the priesthood he was given a going-away present by a close friend. It was a beautiful French and Latin Bible.

When Chiniquy was 5 years old his mom taught little Charles to read that Bible because there were no schools. Little did she know the profound influence that little book would have on her sons' life.

Charles Chiniquy wanted to obey and serve his church, but as he studied the scriptures, he became tormented as he learned that his church was wrong.

It will break your heart as you learn how Catholics are being deceived into following a false religion.

Chiniquy also reveals how Abraham Lincoln's legal assistance against the Jesuits set him up for his murder...

Chiniquy's story was originally published in book form (50 Years in the Church of Rome) and is now available in comic book format.

wow this is an eye opener!

i keep having to tell myself, it's not the journalism that makes me uncomfortable, but the frankness and the content, meaning,

this poor man had a huge burden and quite a story, may the Lord deliver us all from Sun worship

(that is what I last blogged about -- I think)

sun worship in USA  :(

By the way, the USAF "Navigators" "christian cult" (psychoheresy is the word I hear about them, and phallus worship) -- i wanna know if they are total Jesuits and if their mission is destroying Protestants.

thanks for this comic; the pdf is very long and i will look at it later!

jack chick's stories look silly on the surface but they always stick with you.
i think he tells them from a concerned and good place in his heart,
and he always shares a simple message of faith.
the one thing i hate is how many of the tracts are "fear driven" rather than showing how wonderful christ is.
as bad as hellfire is, i think being without christ under the best of circumstances is worse than never having met him.

how can we ever be more, or grow in the right way, without his love and Holy Spirit trimming, watering, guiding?
