End Times and Current Events

Hi, my name is Ford, and Ive been a Born again believer for about two weeks now. I only use 1611 Authorized King James Version Bible, and I live in the southwest part of Missouri. I live south of Kansas city in a rural area about 50 to 75 miles or so south of it, currently trying to study on my own, as the 5 churches in my town are dead, and have been for years. And the ones in other local towns as well. They also don't use the King James version. If anyone happens to live near this area, let me know so we might get together and fellowship.

Hello Ford  ;D How did you become a believer? I don't live in Missouri but i would recommend Pastor Mike Hoggard as well, even if he is only heard across the Internet, he is at youtube and he is also at sermonaudio, Blessings

You can read my testimony if you like, though its not the best as I rushed it and am not a great writer, you should get an idea.

Basically after going through a bunch of stuff, I kept searching until I decided to listen to Dr. Scott Johnson one day, and came across his Salvation teachings, and upon hearing it, I got quite convicted of my sin, and realized my sin and that I was worthy of death and hell. Believed right there on the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, and that's how I became saved. Now I'm trying to study the best I can, but wish I had someone to fellowship with. I'm bad at studying as well...and can never get myself on a straight plan, and usually just try my best, and let the Lord lead me.

I could listen to him online, but I only occasionally listen to Dr. Scott Johnson as it is, and try not to spend to much time on the computer if I can help it. I might try a few of his though and see. Thanks and God Bless.

I will download the file and read your testimony, thanks for sharing it, i have listened to Dr Scott Johnson for awhile and he has been very helpful to me, God has used him so that i could get knowledge and understanding.
