INTRODUCTION: THE STATUS OF THE WIFE IN ISLAM

One of the more controversial issues in Islam is the Quran’s authorization for husbands to beat disobedient wives. This is found in chapter 4, verse 34. Additional references on wife beating are found in Muhammad’s traditions (hadith), and biographical material (sira). Many people have criticized Islam because of this harsh sanction and many Muslims have written articles seeking to mollify or defend it.

In review of the actual teachings of the Quran, hadith, and sira, Islam is rightly criticized. This command is not only a harsh way to treat one’s wife, it portrays the degraded position of married women in Islam. It will be shown from the Quran, Hadith, Sira, and other Islamic writings that this "Islamic" wife beating is physical and painful.

Before we discuss wife beating, we must review Islam’s viewpoint of women and comprehend the position, or standing, it places her in with respect to her husband. This is fundamental in understanding the command to beat the disobedient wife. Islam views the woman as inferior to the man and as such, places her in a subservient and subordinate position in the marriage relationship. The man is allowed to discipline his wife because he is her superior and responsible for her. He has the authority to beat his wife if he feels she is being disobedient. Wife beating is merely the bad fruit of a bad theological root.

When I first began to study the topic I did not realize that an Islamic marriage is not equivalent to a Christian marriage. Its rules, roles, and requirements are different. In a Christian marriage the husband is given the role as head of the household and the wife is expected to submit to the husband’s leadership. However, she is his equal in terms of social status; she is not inferior to him. In Islam the husband is also the head of the marriage, additionally he is his wife’s manager. Women are considered to be "in-between a slave and free man". Slaves are not equal to their masters, rather they are subservient, managed, and controlled. Similarly, Muslim wives are inferior to their husbands and are managed and controlled. I am not saying that the wife is the husband’s slave, do not take this to an extreme.

Muhammad’s viewpoint of women was that they "lack self-control" and thus for their own good, and societies’ good, they must be subordinate to and managed by their husbands. Wives must obey. In an Islamic marriage when a man gives his bride a dowry he is accredited the right to manage his wife. By accepting his dowry a woman is giving her husband the right to her regulation.

Muhammad urged his followers to treat their wives well and the Quran’s chapter 4 is full of these sincere admonitions. He did not want to see them beaten without cause and he wanted good marriage relationships. However, his desires for happy marriages and kind treatment do not mitigate the authority he gave men over women or the position he ascribed to women. Wives are to be treated gently and kindly but are still under the man’s authority. If she persists in disobedience to his wishes he has the right, and the responsibility, to beat her to bring her into submission once again, and re-establish a happy marriage.

This article addresses the primary theme of Islamic wife beating and is based upon the teachings of the Quran, Hadith, Sira, and renowned Islamic scholars. Following the conclusion I have a series of appendices that discuss specific issues related to wife beating.

Purchase a small microwave detector (audible), never carry a mobile phone, even switched off, never have a walkabout phone - even off, never have any wireless device. Screen your bed and chair with a thin metal (not foil) screen.

 

 

2. Can Bluetooth blockers or mobile phone blockers protect us from electronic torture-radiation, etc.?

 

No. The only real solution is to ¨jam¨ the signal but that can cause other complications from reflection and constructive interference.

As above. Personal or domestic (house) shielding is the only solution. Producing microwaves to ¨jam¨ microwaves may be more dangerous.

 

 

4. Which devices could be used to measure the radiation?

 

You could use a spectrometer but they can cost thousands of pounds and be very difficult to use. Simple detectors can be used, even hired from specialist people like ¨Powerwatch¨. They either flash little lights or ¨bleep¨ and cost around 100 pounds. 

 

 

5. How exactly does this technology function?

 

They measure the frequency (number of waves) and amplitude (energy) of the waves. Not pulses or modulations – a spectrometer is needed for that.

 

 

6. Though we all get certain types of hallucinations, nobody knows exactly how we are tormented. Can you describe how the criminals attack us?

 

Yes. Microwave irradiation with the correct pulse frequencies can cause visual and audible hallucinations. Add to this, entrainment of the brain and you can induce severe mental illnesses that can fool psychiatrists. Effects can last weeks between irradiation attacks. It is very easy to do. You can be targeted all day and night to achieve the desired effect. If you go to the ¨h. e. s. e.¨ website, you should see a mathematical interpretation of how this occurs plus a flow chart. (h. e. s. e. is a German organization I think). They published some of my work. Please note at this point that I do not use or own a computer – just a fountain pen and bottle of ink.

 

 

7. How do you think we could convince the police that radiation readings are abnormally high in victims´ apartments and houses?

 

A legal measurement can only be made by an expert with a calibrated spectrometer over many days, weeks or months. Apart from being expensive – those irradiating you will soon learn of this and turn off their equipment. Hence, you will prove nothing. Hand-held devices are not accepted in court.

 

 

8. Is it possible to make laser or microwave attacks audible or obvious?

 

Yes, purchase a hand-held audible microwave detector.

 

 

9. Can you send us pictures of microwave weapons or devices?

 

Take a look out of your window! Any microwave mobile phone transmitter – any micro cell (picocell) in shops can be programmed by computer for this – as can any mobile phone you are carrying or using. Or any family member´s phone – even if it is totally off.

 

 

10. How can it be medically proven that the affected person is actually irradiated?

 

The best person for this is Professor Magda Havas (www.magdahavas.com) of Toronto University. She has conducted blood tests in her laboratory which show microwave irradiation. I believe they are on her website. I spoke there earlier this year. My talk should be on her website. (Look for the text of my address to King Kgolo Kgfela of South Africa).

 

 

11. Which blood and urine parameters clearly show that the affected person is irradiated?

 

As above – Magda Havas website – basically the viscosity changes.

 

 

12. Are there already devices in existence that measure body radiation?

 

Yes: EEG – ECG  machines – lie detectors – it really depends on which part of the electromagnetic spectrum you wish to detect. All waves from the body can be detected, even the smallest A-B-Delta-Theta brainwaves.

 

 

13. Why are politicians too cowardly to address the issue unless they really get pushed? 

 

There are people ¨above¨ politicians – (who just really deal with simple domestic matters) – those above politicians make the real decisions. These people are not subjected to a ¨vote¨ every four or five years!

 

 

14.  Mr Trower, you speak with scientists and students but why not with doctors and lawyers?

15. Who can we expect to get help from -  the press, the justice system, or just from ordinary citizens?

 

I have spoken to three legal firms in the last year: I even produced an 88 page document for one of them. The problem is with the Governments generally, all such cases, like this, where Government and Government scientists are complicit in illegal experiments or experimentation of population – they will stall and delay. Most cases take on average about fifty years to come to court. Hence, most cases fail due to the death of the victim. It is easy for Government lawyers to put the onus of medical proof onto the victim. Most doctors or consultants work for a department of health – which of course is a Government Department! If not, and they work privately, they still have to be registered with the Government. Hence, you will receive very little medical help. I have personally known three hospital consultants be threatened within four hours of talking up such cases. They all gave up and decided to keep their jobs!

 

 

Finally, you asked if I could give a press interview. It is a lot easier for the press to meet me here because I have all my documents to hand.

 

The biggest problem of course is proof. Even if you can prove you are being irradiated (which is doubtful), how do you prove who is responsible? Theoretically, it could be from as many as 150 different companies from as many countries. – not necessarily the country you are in.  This is why microwaves are such perfect weapons.

I could probably come to Germany but it would be very expensive. You would do better to pay for an investigative reporter to write an article which exposes this – provided you could publish it of course!

I have been banned from contacting eight universities – which gives you an idea of Government power. Along with three death threats.

Europe's Fatwa Factories

Britain will have more Muslims than Kuwait in 2030, while France will have more than Jordan; and Germany will have more than Oman and the United Arab Emirates combined, according to a new study titled "The Future of the Global Muslim Population." The sobering projections (which are highly conservative estimates) about the exponential increase of Europe's Muslim population over the next 20 years will fuel the growing controversy over Muslim mass immigration to Europe, and also add pressure on European policymakers to find ways to ensure that Muslim immigrants are better integrated into European society.

Efforts to improve the integration of Muslim immigrants in Europe will, however, be fiercely resisted by influential figures from within Europe's Muslim community itself, many of whom, instead, are actively working to build parallel societies that keep Muslim immigrants isolated in exclusivist communities, and thus socially separated from their European host countries. Critics say these Muslim mini-societies are undermining not only European social cohesion but also European democracy.

Advocates of Muslim separatism say the Islamic worldview cannot be harmonized with Europe's secular worldview, and therefore call on Muslims living in European countries to segregate themselves and adhere only to Islamic Sharia law. European Islamic leaders, many of whom are openly hostile to Western values and laws, are also establishing Muslim lobbies to pressure European governments into synchronizing secular Western laws with Muslim religious beliefs. These initiatives are usually couched as the peaceful advocacy of minority rights, but the end result is that European societies have to adapt to Islam rather than the other way around.

European fatwa councils are at the forefront of Muslim efforts to build parallel legal systems based on Sharia law. A fatwa is a legal opinion or ruling issued by an Islamic scholar on an issue where Islamic jurisprudence is unclear. In Europe, for example, fatwas routinely are issued to instruct Muslim immigrants that Sharia law is to be respected as superior to civil law and to democracy.

Raped schoolgirl hangs herself

Kurigram, Feb 6 (bdnews24.com) — A **** victim of class VII has committed suicide nine days after being raped.

Ismat Ara, of Ghogadaha village under Kurigram Sadar Upazila, was raped by one Ershad Hossain, 24, of Satuatari village on Jan 27, alleged her family members.

Ismat hung herself on Sunday.

The body was brought to Kurigram Police Station for autopsy. Sadar police chief Mohammad Taharul Islam told bdnews24.com that he had heard of the **** and subsequent suicide.

Police have filed an unnatural death case, Taharul added.

Banijuddin, father of Ismat, told bdnews24.com that Ghogadaha union council member Deenbandhu, Ershad's cousin Kalam and others stopped him while he was heading towards the police station to file a **** case, the day after his daughter had been violated.

"They pledged to have Ershad marry Ismat and warned not to take legal action. But they 'forgot' the promise later," he said.

Ismat's father said they had compelled him to sign on a blank sheet of paper offering Tk 60,000 as compensation on Saturday night.

Banijuddin lamented that his daughter had committed suicide after hearing about the meeting.

Former Ghogadaha union chairman Alam said that the attempts to conceal Ismat's **** compelled her to commit suicide.

Cell phones of union chairman Abdul Malek and member Deenbandhu were found switched off during repeated attempts to contact them for comments.

Hena tragedy outrageous Culprits must be punished

The way a **** victim in a remote village of Shariatpur, far from being redressed for the abuse she was subjected to, was whipped leading to her death has left us reeling from utter shock and outrage. We have no word to condemn the crime committed by the so-called village arbitration body that gave the order to lash the girl based on a fatwa issued by a village imam. In the same breath, we cannot but express our dismay over how such a barbaric medieval drama could be enacted under the very nose of the local administration. How could they be unaware of the High Court rule that declares fatwa illegal and unconstitutional?

The story of the adolescent girl, Hena's' molestation at the hands of her elder relative followed by her cruel murder by her own people is a stark reminder of the darkness of superstition and bigotry in which our rural society is caught up. In actuality, the half-literate village bigot whose fatwa was instrumental in murdering the hapless girl and the equally illiterate villagers who executed it, had hardly had any real understanding of the Islamic laws they claim to be championing. So, those responsible for the victim girl's tragic end committed a grave crime on more than one count: they misinterpreted Islam, violated the existing High Court's ruling on fatwa as well as contravened the law against violence on women and children.

The tragic incident has occurred despite the existence of the law to prevent repression on women and children and the presence of so many women right activists. That is enough to point to the poor level of implementation of the law on the one hand and the inadequacy of the rights groups to reach out to the poor and the vulnerable.

In the present case, those responsible for the Hena's tragic end to life should deserve no mercy. They should be caught and awarded the harshest punishment available under law.

14yr Old **** Victim Beaten to Death by Islamic Court

Hena Begum was a fourteen year old girl growing up in the Shariatpur region of Bangladesh until her forty year old cousin decided to **** her.

After she was raped, the rapist and his family then beat her until she was unconscious.

Next, the local Sharia (Islamic) courts ruled that yound Hena should receive 101 lashes for the crime of adultery — for the crime of being a child raped by an adult.

The Muslim clerics took the young girl, who still could not stand on her own, to a public square and proceeded to deliver the 101 lashes. After receiving 80 lashes, young Hena collapsed. Her family was allowed to take her to a hospital where she died from her wounds.

The child’s father, Dorbesh Khan, was also ordered to pay a fine equal to approximately $700 USD — quite a considerable sum in a nation which is suffering under the poverty which almost inevitably results from Islamic rule.

The rapist, a man known as Mahbub, was previously convicted of **** and sentenced to marry his **** victim. The **** victim from that encounter was one of the family members who helped beat young Hena unconscious before her “trial.” Mahbub has since disappeared in order to avoid punishment for this more recent ****.

What sort of people would beat a fourteen year old girl to death in a public square — and call it justice? This is not the sort of religious tolerance that I as a moral human being am willing to accept.

Man caught eating baby

Residents of a Papua New Guinea mining town say they found a man with a history of drug abuse allegedly eating his screaming, newborn son during a sorcery initiation ceremony.

Police said locals on the outskirts of the town of Tabubil, in Western Province, woke on Thursday to the screams of the baby.

Beset with the grisly sight of the father allegedly eating his child, an angry mob chased him to the police station where he was detained after a short struggle.

Tabubil police commander Demas Tapea said officers had detained a man and his wife to assist them with their inquiries.

"It is a very disturbing incident," Sergeant Tapea said.

"The community is upset, angry but there is also a lot of fear and anxiety because there is a belief in sorcery or witchcraft."

Sgt Tapea said the main suspect was known to police.

"Locals are saying the man was carrying out a sorcery ritual, or initiation, to become part of some sort of special society," he said.

"The suspect has a long history of drug abuse and we are not surprised something like this has happened.

"A few years ago, he went crazy in what we believe was due to the effects of drugs," he said.

In 2009, it was estimated at least 50 people were killed that year in sorcery-related murders in sudden or unexplained deaths in isolated communities.

Christian missions and the Australian territorial administration of PNG, along with the PNG government, have done their best to end the belief in sorcery, but strong superstitions remain.

Expert says European hostility to free, open demonstrations of faith growing

But a new report is warning that open hostility to Christianity across the continent is on the rise and intolerance is being paired with legislative power to attack and violate the religious rights of the faithful.

"There are signs that hostility towards free and open demonstrations of faith is growing. Christians are increasingly marginalized and are appearing more often in courts over matters related to faith. The L.A. Times has just reported that local ministers are being asked to spread the word about the upcoming digital TV switch. Standing in the pulpit of Mount Moriah Baptist Church in South Los Angeles FCC Commissioner Jonathan S. Adelstein asked the Baptist Ministries Conference of Los Angeles (nearly 50 African American preachers) to include information on the June 12 digital TV switch in their sermons. Woodie Ramsey, a deacon at Southern Missionary Baptist Church of South East Los Angeles, said the ministers were prepared to spread the word: "It's incumbent upon each church to take care of the needs of its ministry, and this is just one more need for our people," he said. "We'll do our part." Meanwhile "The Worldwide Church of God" has refused to divulge how many of its pastors are now on the FEMA payroll, after a member expressed concerns about religious leaders being used to condition their congregation to accept the declaration of martial law. In a May 2006 a story first broke (& has since been confirmed) the shocking news that FEMA was training pastors and other religious representatives to become secret police enforcers who teach their congregations to obey the government in preparation for a declaration of martial law, property and firearm seizures, and forced relocation. A KSLA news report confirmed that 'Clergy Response Teams' are being trained by the federal government to quell dissent and pacify citizens to obey the government in the event of a declaration of martial law. STATE-OWNED CHURCHES ARE KILLING AMERICA

America was birthed in the spirit of liberty and baptized in the blood of patriots and tyrants. Leading the charge in America's fight for independence was a courageous group of patriot-preachers that came to be known as the "Black Regiment." I have written several columns on this subject. Suffice it to say here that I invite readers to take a look at my Black Regiment web page to learn more about this early American phenomenon. There is little doubt that without these stalwart Christian pastors, this country would not have come into existence. (I extended this call for a modern-day Black Regiment 5 years before Glenn Beck ever mentioned it.)

So, what did these colonial preachers have that today's preachers don't? The better question might be: what did these colonial preachers NOT have that today's preachers do? The answer? Two things: 1) an IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exempt corporation status, and 2) a 50-year misinterpretation of Romans chapter 13.

The now infamous 501(c)(3) section of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) goes back to 1936 (the seeds of this Venus Fly Trap date back to 1872). But then-Senator Lyndon Johnson was the Dr. Frankenstein who, in 1954, unleashed this monster upon America. His motivation was: he did not like the way pastors and churches were opposing his liberal agenda, and he wanted to use the power of law to silence them. He, therefore, introduced verbiage to the IRC that churches were prohibited from influencing political legislation and supporting political campaigns, or risk losing their tax-exempt status.

Of course, colonial pastors didn't have to worry about their churches being "incorporated" as State-created (and controlled) entities, or about IRS agents intimidating them regarding what they could or could not say. In early America, preachers were free men; they could say whatever they darned well pleased. Gasp! Beyond that, virtually everyone regarded preachers as being "God's men," not the "servants of men."

Today, however, the average pastor has become the servant of the State and the church he pastors, more often than not, has become a creature of the State. It is an absolute fact that State-owned churches are killing America!

Dick Greb of the Save-A-Patriot Fellowship in Westminster, Maryland, wrote: "Many Americans find it disturbing that some of our churches today are little more than milquetoast corporations that fear our federal government more than the great I AM. Moreover, it can even be said that some preachers have the appearance of cringing, 'politically correct' cowards, rather than committed Godly men of fortitude with backbone, such as those we read of in the Bible." Dear reader, you can take this to the bank: the vast majority of pastors and board members of these 501(c)(3) corporations, when push comes to shove (and it always does), will demonstrate unconditional loyalty to the State. Plus, they will compromise or sacrifice any and every Bible doctrine or principle in order to preserve their tax-exempt status and stay on the smiley side of the IRC. They will also throw anyone under the old proverbial bus who might risk them falling out of favor with the IRS. (I can give painful and personal testimony to that fact!) Greb is right! Many, or most, of today's pastors and church officers fear the federal government far more than they fear God.

Not only did colonial preachers not have to contend with putting their churches under some State-controlled corporation, they would never have allowed it to happen! Can one imagine John Leland, Jonas Clark, or John Witherspoon being told by any State official what he could or could not say, or what his church could or could not do? What a joke! These men were willing to go to prison or even the grave in order to remain faithful to their spiritual calling and to their political and moral convictions!

The other thing that colonial preachers did not suffer from was a 50-year indoctrination of a misinterpretation of Romans 13.

This "Submit-to-the-government-no-matter-what" doctrine (using Romans 13 as the pretext) is a satanically inspired lie designed to turn free men and women into slaves of the state! Students of history know that Adolf Hitler encouraged German pastors and churches to promote this same fallacious philosophy among the German people. Gee! I wonder why? And according to Erwin Lutzer's book, "Hitler's Cross" (must reading, I might add), out of the more than 14,000 evangelical churches and pastors in Germany at the time, only about 800 remained faithful to Scripture and opposed Hitler's brand of state worship. If my math is correct, that's about 5%. And it would not surprise me if 5% is about the percentage of pastors and churches in America today that are opposing this modern-day worship of the state.

And, unfortunately, the good men that are mostly doing nothing and allowing evil to triumph in our land are the good men (and women) of America's churches who have either been intimidated by the 501(c)(3) tax-exempt corporation status, or who have been put into a sheepish, servile, Satan-induced coma from an overdose of misapplied Romans 13 poison.

To quote the famous Bible commentator, Matthew Henry, "It is the devil that stirs up his instruments, wicked men [in government or without], to persecute the people of God; tyrants and persecutors are the devil's tools, though they gratify their own sinful malignity, and know not that they are actuated by a diabolical malice." Yes, the Black Regiment preachers of colonial America helped lead America's fight for freedom and independence. But, they did not have their hands out to the IRS, or their minds and hearts numbed into apathy and indifference by decades of misuse and abuse of Romans chapter 13.

Saboteurs attack Egypt gas pipeline to Jordan

Unknown saboteurs attacked an Egyptian pipeline supplying gas to Jordan, forcing authorities to switch off gas supply from a twin pipeline to Israel, an official told AFP.

The attackers used explosives against the pipeline in the town of Lihfen in northern Sinai, near the Gaza Strip, the official said. It was initially thought the pipeline to Israel was attacked.

"The pipeline to Jordan has been attacked and the supply to Israel has been cut off," the official said.
