It states: “The National Anthem must be played prior to every NFL game, and all players must be on the sideline for the National Anthem. “During the National Anthem, players on the field and bench area should stand at attention, face the flag, hold helmets in their left hand, and refrain from talking. The home team should ensure that the American flag is in good condition. It should be pointed out to players and coaches that we continue to be judged by the public in this area of respect for the flag and our country. Failure to be on the field by the start of the National Anthem may result in discipline, such as fines, suspensions, and/or the forfeiture of draft choice(s) for violations of the above, including first offenses.”

31  General Category / Revelation Prophecy / Re: The Antichrist on: October 25, 2015, 11:25:45 pm
Some people don`t believe in a literal anti-christ.

I don't see how they couldn't believe when the bible clearly describes a man that eventually sits himself in a rebuilt temple and declares himself god.

The globalism agenda, uniting the nations under one-world governance, international connectivity, and a united world commerce system are paving the way toward that happening. When combined with the human tradition of having authority arranged in a pyramidal structure, I see the prophecy as inevitable.

Fervorforfaith has some interesting observations in his “antichrist moment” series on YouTube.

His thread is here:
http://endtimesandcurrentevents.freesmfhosting.com/index.php?topic=10912.0

When I first read about how every eye would see the witnesses dead bodies for 3 days, I thought impossible, not going to happen. That was the 80's.

But now that webcams with live streaming have been set up everywhere in such a short time, that part of the table is set. AFAIK, this has never been possible before throughout human history. Unless one is talking about pre-flood conditions. But that is strictly speculative.
32  General Category / Revelation Prophecy / Re: The Antichrist on: October 25, 2015, 10:46:35 am
The two have little to do with each other.

Actually they do. It's obvious that the little boys are running around carefully setting the table so that the big guy can just slide into the chair at the head of the table when the time has come. They are all cooperating towards that goal as indicated by current world events.
33  General Category / Revelation Prophecy / Re: The Antichrist on: October 25, 2015, 07:25:33 am
What does this thread reveal about the anti christ?

That there's a lot of them at the moment. That their influence is becoming more accepted. And that Christians are expecting him to be revealed soon.
34  General Category / Who's in my region? / Introductions / Re: New Here on: July 23, 2015, 08:43:16 am
It's like being an alien if you're a Christian.

I've felt that way for a long time. I'm here but not really a part of this. Thank God the Bible says this is normal.

http://www.jba.gr/Articles/alliens_and_strangers_in_the_world.htm

Man and the wicked spiritual forces that currently dominate the earth have absolutely nothing to offer me that I would want. As the days pass, it becomes more uncomfortable for me to be here. It's like having to fight for crumbs off the floor while God offers the entire banquet.

So why am I still here? There remains a harvest of souls that will turn to Him in the future. And if I don't tell these people the truth about Christ, the world will simply lie to them about it. God really doesn't need me in order to accomplish this. But, just as any parent wants to include their child in what they are doing, He does the same with me. My reward is to have a deeper understanding of His character, thoughts, and emotions. I believe such intimacy and love is what everybody's pining for.

The other reason is for my brothers and sisters in Christ. Like me, they can be aggressively pummeled by world forces. If the enemy can't keep me in his camp, then he will do what he can to render me ineffective for my Father's Kingdom. If this is happening to me, then it is happening to them as well.

I don't know about you. But I sure could use encouragement and wisdom when surrounded by bilge and deceit.
35  General Category / Who's in my region? / Introductions / Re: New Here on: July 22, 2015, 04:56:26 pm
I'm convinced that He places us precisely where we need to be at the precise time that we need to be there. Looking forward to your thoughts and fellowship here. Please enjoy your stay and don't be a stranger!

I've found inspiration and encouragement both on and off line. Although I prefer the face-to-face interaction. God has provided that for me. And it hasn't been under a controlled church roof. The best interaction I have had has been whilst sitting around a table eating a meal. Although I must say that I've had my fair share of dry periods that seemed isolated. But even that had a purpose.

I'm convinced that His people are scattered over the face of the earth all connected to Him and to each other spiritually through Him. May you find the strength that you need and the connections that He would have for you to accomplish His purposes in your life.

They're around. You might be surprised.

One lady that inspired me years ago was Tricia Tillin form Derbyshire. Her research and personal testimony addressed issues that nobody else was talking about at the time. Website was called Cross + Word and focused on influences occurring within churches. It really helped me to sort through all the confusion about what was happening in the world and was a huge motivator to turn toward God and the Bible for answers.

38  General Category / War On Family / Re: The-Kinsey-Syndrome - How does one become gay? on: June 26, 2015, 04:05:35 pm
Hidden camera: 'Gays' admit they're not 'born that way'

It's high time to address this.

Both gay men and women make a sport out of “turning” young heterosexuals. They particularly seek out traumatized, vulnerable targets.

If they can manipulate a young person's body into responding sexually, (often by force and coercion) then they will say that the response is because the target is gay. The molestation is then kept hidden through deep shame, which is reinforced through repeated encounters. If the young person believes this lie, then there are other, very powerful spiritual influences that come into play. These spirits seek to spread their influence. And so the cycle continues.

It all begins with believing a lie coming from something very wicked.

There is absolutely no love in any of this. It's all about power and control.

Some gay people will talk about this privately. Publicly, the authorities give them excuses to allow such behavior such as paid-for junk science documentation and political praise.
39  General Category / War On Family / Re: Supreme Court strikes down DOMA and California's Prop 8 ban(6/26/13) on: June 26, 2015, 12:37:26 pm
Nothing good dwells in the flesh - one walks in the flesh, he/she will never NEVER be satisfied. It's quite contrary for born-again believers walking in the Spirit...

Hebrews 13:5  Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

Without God's Spirit, people are walking around with a big empty space inside of them. Everything the world and the devil offers are nothing but temporary band-aids to that emptiness. Chemicals, sex, movies, and technological gadgets, hobbies, and work only serve to temporarily distract a person from feeling that emptiness. But it's still there the next day or the next week.

A state of “boredom” is commonly understood. But the cause of this state is not.

If people are really honest with themselves, they'll fine a deep yearning or desire for something that this world cannot provide.

“Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.”

Christ offers us a full-spread buffet with all the trimmings.

While the world offers table scraps and crumbs off the floor.
40  General Category / War On Family / Re: Supreme Court strikes down DOMA and California's Prop 8 ban(6/26/13) on: June 26, 2015, 12:11:24 pm
Also do not forget, its them that is always crying for tolerance on their beliefs but not for anyone else's.

That's because they've never wanted “tolerance”. The US did that.

No, no, no.

They want everybody to embrace, accept, and promote their lifestyle.

That's what evil does if left unchecked. It grows and matures to a level of self-destructive saturation. Too bad it has to get this far for people to realize that sin. as defined by God, and not man, is a really bad idea.
41  General Category / War On Family / Re: Supreme Court strikes down DOMA and California's Prop 8 ban(6/26/13) on: June 26, 2015, 11:57:20 am
People that will kill the messenger really reveals the spirit behind it all. Always thought it bizarre that people depicted as stomping around shouting “Kill the haters!” would have such vitriol. It's not even logical.

They will be coming for the Fundamental Evangelicals next. As we will not embrace their beliefs and ideas. Everything we do will now be a hate crime. And death shall be the punishment.

Another step toward welcoming the AC world-wide. You know, the guy that doesn't care for women?

I have a feeling that, as this perversion normalizes and propagates, real Christians, driven by God's Holy Spirit, will be considered to be “standing in the way of progress” by their mere presence on the earth.

I'm not the only one that has had that thought.

I've seen Anderson's “holocaust denial” video. He doesn't say that it never happened. But he does say that it didn't happen the way we were told it did. Not a new argument there. I've seen it before.

Mt 11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Lk 10:38 Now it came to pass, as they went, that he entered into a certain village: and a certain woman named Martha received him into her house.
39 And she had a sister called Mary, which also sat at Jesus' feet, and heard his word.
40 But Martha was cumbered about much serving, and came to him, and said, Lord, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? bid her therefore that she help me.
41 And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things:
42 But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.

Mk 6:30 And the apostles gathered themselves together unto Jesus, and told him all things, both what they had done, and what they had taught.
31 And he said unto them, Come ye yourselves apart into a desert place, and rest a while: for there were many coming and going, and they had no leisure so much as to eat.
32 And they departed into a desert place by ship privately.

Christ is no slave driver. He wasn't then and He isn't now. The devil and the world, on the other hand, will wring people out like an old washcloth and then throw them away.

Good story just posted today. I find myself relating to the dog.

Tony Blizzard's 19-year-old dog Lobo is clinging to life. Tony, who is 82, believes Lobo is a model of Christian acceptance.

I used to strive to be perfect. The only thing I managed to perfect was weakness. The problem was that I was getting in the way of His working on me by trying to do it Myyyyyyyyyyy Wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy or even how I thought He wanted me to do it instead of how He actually wanted to do it.

God's turned me into a marshmallow. And that's a good thing. Because if I wasn't weak, I'd probably cause an awful lot of damage to everything and everyone around me. Because of this, He doesn't always tell me what He's doing. And I agree with Him that that's probably the best way of dealing with me on certain issues.

When I am weak, then He is strong to work through me without my interference.

In this video, we discuss the actual arrival of the Antichrist. We also investigate the "politician Antichrist" theory and see if it agrees with the Biblical explanation of the coming of the Beast.

Always figured that he would be the “jesus” on TV…or on the internet these days. Good series. If the false prophet gets to yield the power of Elijah, then it only follows that the AC gets to yield the power that proves he’s the long-awaited messiah. The delusion will be so strong that those not touched by Christ’s Spirit will believe everything they see.
47  General Category / Fellowship / Re: Attending a Church Building on: November 19, 2014, 11:40:26 am
What bothers me is that he purposely avoids certain topics that his biggest tithers don't want to hear about. One woman (who gives a lot) said that if he preaches on modesty (women wear skirts/dresses, men wear pants, etc.) she'll stop going (meaning her tithes and offerings will stop coming, too). So he won't preach on it. My wife feels very strongly on the issue, and he's actually tried to get HER to talk to the other women about it!

Jesus didn’t stifle His words because of money. Unfortunately, too many churches have bowed down to this lesser god of lucre.

Years ago, when I visited England, I saw very old churches with purchased pews. Several pews had a little door on them with a family name inscribed.

I see that nothing has really changed since then.

Beyond tolerance or respect for freewill. Now there is a penalty for not embracing and promoting this wickedness.

These are USAF active duty members at Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan.

Support the troops? See how evil exploits natural family affection, or even a nation’s affection for their military, in order to normalize wickedness?

The only way this could have happened is through enforced policies of a sodomite Commander in Chief.
49  General Category / War On Family / Re: What Will Be Illegal When Sodomy is Legal on: November 10, 2014, 08:13:26 am
This needs to stop. It’s gone beyond “bullying”, tolerance, or even acceptance. Now it’s becoming illegal to not openly promote this lifestyle.

There is a spirit behind this. And it is wicked. It destroys families and human lives.

Quote
One thing I noticed about this Sodomite Parade was that it was attended mostly by young people. At other Homosexual Parades that I have been to, there are usually attended by older people. But this parade was unique in that most of the attendance were young. This shows how effective the homosexual movement has been at brainwashing the minds of the youth. No wonder places like Russia have outlawed Gay Pride Parades to protect the minds of their young people. I suspected that many of these young people were university students and definitely public schoolers, of course. Those seem to be the primary places liberals and demons have used to brainwash our culture and make them think that right is wrong and wrong is right. These kids thought that homosexuals were right for their perversions and that we were wrong for rebuking them. The mind of our society has become very reprobate.

51  General Category / Fellowship / Re: Head's up.... on: October 14, 2014, 12:18:19 am
But I knew that I couldn't never make it big without selling out...And that's when I heard the demons asked me if I wanted to sell my soul for fame and I did, or I think I did.

But recently, I've been trying to get away from evil, trust in Christ. But I know that I can't now. Though I know Christ is God, and that He died for my sins. I've been a traitor to him and my fate is certain.

I just wanted to join and tell you guys how much I admire you all, how you expose evil. But know, don't do anything stupid, it could have eternal consequences.

You can renounce that. It’s not over.

1.     If you haven’t done this yet, ask the Lord Jesus Christ to come into your heart and into your life to be lord and master of your life. This is a personal decision that you alone have to make. Nobody can do this for you and it’s up to you to decide. Its best to do this 1. out loud 2. in prayer and 3. in the presence of spirit-filled Christians that will support and agree with you. They are witnesses to the words coming out of your mouth. Words that are powerful enough to influence life and death. Certain churches can be helpful with this.

2.   Renounce whatever contract or deal you made with the demons. Furthermore, renounce any association with them completely. They are not your friends and they will destroy you. Lies are their native language. This must be done in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth. When you do this, you are making an open declaration to God and the entire universe.

3.   Declare that contract as sin and directly ask the Lord Jesus Christ for forgiveness. He will forgive you.

If you don’t want to do any of this, if you wish to keep the fame and associations with demonic entities, you are, of course, free to do that as well. It’s up to you. Your decision.
52  General Category / Gospel of Jesus Christ / Re: Once saved always saved (OSAS) on: October 02, 2014, 12:04:55 pm
Again, years ago I had a conversation with Him about forgiveness. It went something like this.

God: If someone were to mess up your order in a restaurant, would you be able to let that go?

Me: Absolutely, Lord. Maybe they had a bad day. I don’t know what they’re going through.

God: What if someone was to insult you intentionally?

Me: Yes. Same reason.

God: What if someone was to strike you intentionally for no reason? Would you be able to let that go? To forgive them?

Me: Not sure.

God: What if someone was to torture you mercilessly to the point of death? Could you forgive them?

Me: (silence)

God: I did.

My conclusion: Even forgiveness is something that I cannot do in and of myself. That is something that He would have to put in me to be able to do.

And so I have a further quandary.

I can find no reference to God Almighty torturing people. His ultimate punishment is instant death. Let’s say I was shown crimes so heinous that it borders on the unspeakable. What would I pray for? What would I say to Him?

For example:

A 12 year old girl, whose face is on a milk carton, stripped of clothing and on a stage somewhere in the US. She is being auctioned off as a sex slave. The participants are doctors, lawyers, judges, politicians in office, and foreign dignitaries.

A man, imprisoned and overseen by a medical doctor, being drowned and allowed to die for 20 seconds only to be administered an electric shock to get his heart started again. Over and over, repeatedly.

A well-paid scientist in a lab engineering a type of virus that is resistant to all known forms of treatment. He knows that this could only be used for genocide but believes in Machiavellian philosophies. “Gotta break a few eggs to make an omelette.” “It’s all for the greater good.”

A woman is being raped in broad daylight on a sidewalk in NYC. Some bystanders are recording this on their cellphones while others are quickly walking by, pretending that they don’t see it.

Meanwhile, I have demonized people taunting me with statements like, “Your God is doing absolutely nothing to stop this! He is a wimp!” This, in their mind, justifies their actions. Actions that they will continue to do.

Moreso, what if I had the opportunity to stop these things through use of force? At what point does “forgiveness” become cowardice? Is it a sin to do nothing? A sin of omission?

Is this true?

“The Only Thing Necessary for the Triumph of Evil is that Good Men Do Nothing”

Or do “good men” always become evil if they take action through use of force?

Is this what God wants me to be?

Because, if so, then what's the difference between that and those bystanders in NYC?

These are tough questions that I struggle with as evil flourishes in this world. I don’t have the answers. But, perhaps, some on this forum would have some helpful insight.

As before, open questions. All responses from brothers and sisters welcome.

I`ve longed believed that the incense prayers of Revelation 8 are the unanswered prayers of those who suffer the great tribulation. But it could be a tie in with Revelation 6:10 in which case they are prayers of all martyred saints.

To relate to your issue, the Lord is our avenger and we have to give it all over to Him to do what He wants with it. I`ve done that and it has left me with a desire for God to restrain His hand from those who have wronged me.

When you say this, do you mean that God should restrain vengeance (eye for an eye)? Or that He should restrain blessings? Or both?

This is an open question to the forum. I'd like to see what everyone thinks about this.
54  General Category / Gospel of Jesus Christ / Re: Once saved always saved (OSAS) on: October 01, 2014, 12:51:53 am
Are you saying you had a vision?

Not a vision. More like a long term conversation or impression. When I read about those bowls of wrath in Revelation, (KJB renders them “vials” in the English) it occured to me that that’s where those prayers were going. I was faced with the question of whether or not I wanted to add to that. This was all in the context of whether I wanted mercy or justice/vengeance.

Now I remember. My lament at the time was less about world injustice and more about vengeance for my past traumas. Just being honest with Him at the time.

I’ve spoken to people that claim to have had visions, like a movie screen that pops up in front of their face. Can’t say I’ve ever had that happen.

Edit: @BA2 - Ya. All the churches with a physical address are infiltrated and compromised IMO. But I can still occasionally find some people within those organizations that are helpful. I can also find people that are a hindrance there. It's a mix. Other than that, it's just a big social club to me at this point.
55  General Category / Gospel of Jesus Christ / Re: Once saved always saved (OSAS) on: September 30, 2014, 05:16:31 pm
I can see where you are coming from on that and there is truth in what you are saying. But I think in our time it`s easy to get hung up on the term "willful". Sins are nearly always committed willfully and people always know so in their hearts which is why these passages can be very troubling. The culture of the early church was different then ours. In the early church the brethren would confront you and even call you out in church if they found out you were sinning. They didn`t overlook it like we do today.

In the context of those passages the willful sinning resulted in a complete departure from the faith and a rejection of it. The example given is a person who despised the Law of Moses. So I believe in those days the sinning was a much deeper rejection of Christ then it is among us.

I think noting this difference is important because I believe there is always hope for a backslider as long as they still believe in Jesus. I think it`s a error to use these passages to take away that hope and there are some who do that.

My view on these passages affirms what the passages say and at the same time reconciles them with the doctrine of God`s chastisement, and the doctrine of God`s forgiveness of confessed sin found in the epistles of John.

I agree. “Willful” is ultimately His decision. He knows time, place, circumstances, thoughts, and hearts.

For that matter, Christ is the only one out of every being that ever existed to be found worthy to break seals in the end. Nobody else qualifies.

Compare “Forgive them Father. They know not what they do.” to the Ananias and Sapphira incident. It does fit what you’re saying about the early church.

Add to that the modern confusion of redefining the word “sin” (and a lot of other words as well) to fit human agendas and it becomes easy to see that we humans require His Spirit to retrieve us from the flotsam and jetsam which is the world.

“Competition is a sin.” - John D. Rockefeller

Otherwise it’s just the blind leading the blind into a pit. We are all literally in need of a good shepherd to guide us in the right direction. False christs, counterfeit spirits, and angels of light practically guarantee that humans will remain lost, wandering around aimlessly without Him and His Holy Spirit.

People have saved nobody.
Churches have saved nobody.
The world has saved nobody.

Christ knows and sees all of this more than I do because He’s the one that showed me all of these things.

Years ago, I was lamenting to Him about the injustice in the world. He asked me if I wanted justice or mercy? Should He just end it all now? Bring the hammer down? Get ‘er done?

Then he showed me all the people now and in the future who have not yet made their choice or haven’t had a fair and square chance to make that choice.

I asked Him for more time for the sake of those people.

He also showed me where all those prayers from everybody crying out for justice were going. The prayers that didn't seem to be answered at the time. They were going into a bowl for future use.

Those outside influences are legion. They can be quite elaborate and convincing.

I did the same thing with “love”. Threw out all my conditioned responses and preconceived notions. Dared to ask the question, “What if I’ve been lied to my entire life about this?”

Then I looked into an honest assessment of what scriptures say that is, of what God says that is. Forget about what I think for a moment.

What I found was most revealing as to who He is and how He operates. It allowed me to distinguish between things of God and things not of God. And it further gave me a path, a direction to proceed with my life. Still a work in progress.
58  General Category / Gospel of Jesus Christ / Re: Once saved always saved (OSAS) on: September 30, 2014, 12:58:55 pm
I believe that knowing and understanding truth from the scriptures is a gift of the Holy Spirit. Without that I think it impossible to understand the gospel.

Ooh. That’s a critical and most excellent point.

The devil and those in his camp KNOW scripture the same as one would thoroughly know the contents of a legal textbook. But they have chosen long ago to disconnect completely from the source of all life. As such, they cannot discern the motive or intent behind what is written.

Occultists do use the Bible. But it’s for a different reason that God has intended.

People struggle with the same thing concerning medical issues. Will God heal me miraculously? Will He work through the doctors and nurses? Or is it time for me to have such an affliction or even to die?

As a bystander, I’ve seen things go all these ways for people. In what we view as an extreme in the latter, I have to trust that He has a higher purpose. I’ve had an experience where He partially used somebody else’s untimely death to affect deep changes within my heart. It was a discipline issue. There were some flaws in my attitude that He needed to correct in a way that would garner my full attention. Can’t say what He was doing with everybody else. What is the state of everyone’s heart around me, state of my own heart, reality of circumstances around me vs. what it seems to be, the ripple effect of one event now on future events and lives? All these things are interconnected. So many variables that I am not privy to. Nor do I want the burden and therefore the responsibility of knowing.

If I can look back at any point in my life and honestly be able to say that I did the best I could with what I had at the time and what I knew at the time, then I can forgive myself. This includes the days back when I was stepping all over His grace and taking it for granted, or not even recognizing it at all. And, realizing this, I can forgive others as well.

On the other hand, I’ve seen spikes in my finances in such an uncanny manner that I recognized that it would be needed. In my case, it was for a future wife and child that He was about to give me. This has been one of the greatest, most wonderful blessings that He has ever done for me. At this time, I may not be wealthy. But my life is fulfilled in ways that I could have never imagined. He has put meaning and purpose in my life – a beautiful reason to be here based on love. Other than that, to be honest, I have no desire to be on this earth.

I was once in Jackie’s position. I had just discovered the passage about “the unpardonable sin” and the demons were having a field day with me. “Ooh, you’ve done it now. No hope for you. You can kiss that salvation goodbye! Might as well stick with us because God may or may not have just rejected you!”

Well, I was so distressed that I had to drop everything go to a brother’s house immediately to get this straight. I didn’t even want to know what the unpardonable sin was for fear that I might be tempted to do it. After I told him what was happening to me, he said, “Oh, that old trick. If you had committed the unpardonable sin, you wouldn’t be standing here worried about it.”

It then occurred to me what that was. The key word in Hebrews 10:26 is “willfully”.

I believe God is fair and just. If somebody knows full well who the Father, the Son, and The Holy Spirit is and what they have to offer, then decides repeatedly to reject that in favor of knowingly being a child of Satan, with all the consequences thereof, then I believe God, specifically the Holy Spirit, will eventually honor that free-will decision and withdraw completely from that person.

There are some that walk the earth like this. They are favored by the world, and able to commit the most heinous sins while sleeping just fine at night and fully believing without a shadow of a doubt whatever Satan and his demons tell them. There is no conscience whatsoever to be found within these people. The world describes them as psychopaths and sociopaths. They become quite brilliant and intelligent, yet insane. Just like their father.

A classic example of God’s grace is the necessity of the cremation of care ceremony at the Bohemian Grove. The participants have to repeatedly tell God to go away. Yet He still makes the offer to them.
