Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993

I didn't read all of it(word for word, that is), but skimmed through some of it. I said in a couple of other threads how b/c Hobby Lobby is a corporation, it has to abide by its state charter, b/c it registered with the state(like 501c3 churches), so therefore they have no 1st amendment rights.

Looks like I might have to take that back b/c of this very exception law - however, like said, just skimming through this, it looks like it does NOT apply to corporations. And to boot - all this law has done is cause a lot of confusion and further polarization(as courts have gone back and forth either siding with it, or calling it unconstitutional. While states have passed their own laws in-between).

Any thoughts on this law(which will be applied to the USSC case Hobby Lobby and others are taking up tomorrow)?
