It states: “The National Anthem must be played prior to every NFL game, and all players must be on the sideline for the National Anthem. “During the National Anthem, players on the field and bench area should stand at attention, face the flag, hold helmets in their left hand, and refrain from talking. The home team should ensure that the American flag is in good condition. It should be pointed out to players and coaches that we continue to be judged by the public in this area of respect for the flag and our country. Failure to be on the field by the start of the National Anthem may result in discipline, such as fines, suspensions, and/or the forfeiture of draft choice(s) for violations of the above, including first offenses.”

The other proteins and formaldehyde serve to activate the immune system and open up the blood-brain barrier. This is NOT a good thing."

Thank God! Maybe this ruling and the case cited by this judge will assist other judges around the country to ban gay marriage. Or even repeal the contracts that are presently allowed and thereby ban marriage in those minor number of states where homosexuals are now entering into marriage contracts with the state.

A judge who can actually read. That is amazing.
Check it out:

In a decision that has broken a chain of judicial losses for those who support marriage between one man and one woman, a judge has ruled that Tennessee’s amendment banning legal recognition of same-sex marriage is constitutional.

The ruling is the first that has found the U.S. Constitution does not protect same-sex marriage since the Supreme Court’s decision overturning the federal Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) in June of last year.

The Christian Post reported Tuesday that Roane County Circuit Court Judge Russell E. Simmons, Jr. ruled last week in Borman v. Pyles-Borman against the claim that the state constitutional ban on same-sex marriage violates the Equal Protection Clause of the U.S. Constitution.

The case actually involves two gay men who were legally married in Iowa in 2010 but live in Tennessee and now wish to be divorced. Iowa, however, requires that to be granted a divorce, the plaintiff must establish residency in the state for a minimum period of time.

Citing the 1972 decision by the Minnesota Supreme Court in the case Baker v. Nelson that the Constitution does not protect “a fundamental right” for same-sex couples to get married, Simmons wrote, “Baker holds that a state’s law on same-sex marriage does not violate the equal protection or substantive due process rights under the United States Constitution.”

FYI - Gay Marriage Part 2 at the USSC is highly anticipated next year.

Pt being that this is part of their Hegelian Dialectic game - they would put out a mere, albeit minor 1-2 victories(and somehow make a HUGE deal out of it), in the midst of MANY MAJOR losses. Ultimately, their end game is ecumenicism - where the anti-SSM crowd protesting next year will not only be "evangelicals", but also Catholics and those of other faiths.(and I hear the Cincy, OH Appeals court could rule in the favor of SSM bans too)

With that being said, the damage has already been done. 95% of law firms have chosen to represent the SSM crowd fearing a backlash against their monetary interests. The sodomy agenda has infiltrated churches since George W. Bush greenlighted Rick Warren "Let's fight AIDS" program he brought into the churches(where churches have worked closely with these reprobate AIDS organizations).

And worst of all - 99% of churches in America are 501c3 which do not use the KJB. Unless they repent, then there's going to be no turnaround.(it could come to a point where the IRS could force churches in America to open their doors to sodomites)

Nashville Mayor Karl Dean Announces Support of Same-Sex Marriage
8/21/14

Tennessee may have the distinction of having the first judge to rule in favor of a same-sex marriage ban, but it also now has the mayor from its capital city announcing support for same-sex marriage.

Nashville Mayor Karl Dean became the state's first mayor to join the Mayors for the Freedom to Marry campaign, a coalition of around 500 mayors "who are making the case for marriage for same-sex couples in their communities," according to a release from the campaign earlier today.

The campaign now boasts at least one mayor from every Southern state.

“I believe that all people should be treated fairly and equally and that their individual dignity should be respected,” said Nashville Mayor Karl Dean in a statement. “Embracing and celebrating our growing diversity makes our city stronger. Nashville needs to continue in that direction, and it’s my hope that joining this effort will help us do that.”

The Flyer has contacted Mayor A C Wharton's office to determine whether or not he will also sign on to the campaign. We'll keep you posted.
