Rapture Film "The Remaining" Coming to Theaters

 A thriller movie about the rapture, titled “The Remaining,” is slated to hit theaters soon. The movie is from writer, producer, director Casey La Scala and will tell the story of those left behind after the rapture.
 
Production company officials are saying that the movie is an accurate and biblical depiction of rapture.
Unlike the “Left Behind” film series or HBO’s “The Leftovers,” people in the movie who are raptured will leave their physical bodies behind.
 
"In really diving into the word 'paralambano'— the Greek word... what's interesting is that same word is used when the angel tells Joseph about Mary— 'Do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife,'" Affirm Films Senior Vice President Rich Peluso said.
 
"So obviously to take her... is not to make her disappear. It's another shade of this word, to bring someone into yourself— to receive them."
 
In the movie, those who are not raptured are chased by an evil force.
 
“Have you settled the things you need to say? Have you made decisions with faith?” La Scala said. “I want the audience to take away this idea of (considering) where are they right now— where are we with the people we love, where are we in our lives?”

First off the Trib is 7 years. Not 7 hours... 

Second this is NOT a Christian film. This is a horror movie done by people who are not Christian.

Wow really? Would love the book and verse on that one.

Yeah, that left me scratching my head too.

They're making alot of this stuff recently - they are definitely prepping the masses.

I didn't even know this movie existed until a coworker brought it to my attention. When she explained it to me i was like WOW!! I then went on to explain the truth to her. She was like well that isnt in the movie. And then really as im explained how we have a pure truth positive through prophecy, she almost literally quoted  2Pe 3:4. I was almost at a lost for words, but praise the lord, Luke 21:15, Exodus 4:12, Luke 12:12, he had me dispute and to show her how she was literally fulfilling prophecy before her very eyes.

BUT anyway, this movie appears to draw upon the word of our Lord, not to present the truth as recorded in His Word. Its a man made movie with a lot of cures words from the trailer alone. And from the trailer they have a lot of stuff out of order. The TRIB is  7 years, not 7 hours.

Just saw the trailer - if anything, this movie looks nothing more than some freak horror show than anything else.
