Did anyone watch Bryan's videos today over Hovind? Bryan, hate to say it, did a very thorough job showing connections.

Well, I don't know what's going on behind the scenes - but will say that it's pretty obvious Kent let his son Eric leaven the ministry, albeit very badly.

Noticed that Eric recently had a gap theory PROPONENT on his ministry show recently. I mean Kent spent his entire ministry exposing and warning about this doctrine of devils(which gave Darwin a foothold on his evolution theory, which has ultimately brought a lot of chaos into this world).

Like I said, I don't know all the details - but looking at the bigger picture of things(outside of Kent, that is) - spiritually speaking, things are getting really ugly, albeit really fast.

1 Timothy 4:1  Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;

This is really sad - I don't know what happened to Hovind the last few years, but at the same time - I'm glad bro Moonan did this expose. Kent needs our prayers, but he also needs to be distanced from us too...until he repents.

Maybe I'm a bit unsober and crazy today, and this may sound like way out in left field, but...

Is it just me, or maybe, just MAYBE they killed Hovind in prison, and created a doppleganger? I say this b/c while I haven't see many of Hovind's pre-prison videos, he just does NOT look and act like the same Kent Hovind anymore.

I just opened up Scott's ETCE newsletter, and saw he posted Moonan's Hovind's expose video - I say this b/c I thought Scott would fear men, and ignore this(as he always posts Moonan's videos in there). However, as much as I like Hovind, good for him nonetheless - he fears God and not man!

Something IS off with the "new" Hovind and as Brian said in his Hovind post-trib video recently, he appears to maybe have been subjected to mind control (?) Thoughts?

He was totally controlled while he was in prison. I will pray for him but i cannot support him as he is now. I still love his ORIGINAL creation seminars and i will still use those. But nothing from him after his release.

Yeah, even his post-trib beliefs don't make any sense. I'm not a post-tribber, but I've seen post-trib teachers be much more straightforward than him.

I recently unsubscribed to his channel b/c like you said, he's bringing nothing to the table now.

Other than that, honestly - as much as I like Jason Lisle and CMI, neither use the KJB - they do pretty good job, but b/c they don't use the KJB, they end up losing some of their effectiveness.

I really hate to post this - but nonetheless, this really gives me this "be ye angry and sin not" feeling when I hear people water down(and remove) the meaning of biblical repentance. I was listening to Jason Cooley's Sound the Battle Cry radio show last weekend - both he and bro Nate were exposing "The Shack". It isn't so much that this heretical book pushes universalism, but the same Antinomianism Easy Believism gospel not only Churchianity pushes, but also various (professing)KJB ministries are doing so now.

I just watched the original upload of that video on Kent's channel. My wife and I are thoroughly disgusted. I unsubbed from his channel today. Kent Hovind has officially gone off the deep end. If he can't see the problems with the Shack, he has no discernment whatsoever.

Just a side note - I was listening to a radio show exposing "The Shack" last weekend, and it wasn't so much that this book pushes universalism, but it also pushes the same Antinomianism Easy Believism damnable doctrine that not only you see in mainline "churches" nowdays, but also a growing number of "contending for the faith" KJB ministries are pushing it too!

I've always wondered why a good number of these so-called KJB ministries never said a word exposing this book...it's b/c they believe the same gospel! They have a beam in their own eyes!

I think you have a point on the easy believism creeping into the church, but when the book makes statements like God has servants in all religions, I think the universalism aspect is much more prevalent, in that regard. I mean, they just come right out and say that you don't need to be a Christian.

This Hovind/"The Shack" fiasco came out after Scott's last audio - so maybe he may talk about it in his next audio(which would be this week, b/c the last one was 2 weeks ago).

After watching these drama vids, i believe this is proof that this isn't the same Ken that went to jail and that something did happen to him in there. I still listen to his original creation vids a lot. I will recommend them always, but no the stuff after he was resealed from prison. I firmly believe that something got to him in there. His whole belief has changed.

Also as to what the other guy said in his second vid i think. WHY! Would anyone especially a Christian sell everything and follow a man? That is the markings of a cult. If these people are doing this with Hovind than that is a cult. Follow the Lord not some fallible man.
