(b) Exceptions
Subject to subsections (c), (d), and (e) of this section, the prohibition in subsection (a) of this section does not apply to a test or experiment carried out for any of the following purposes:
(1) Any peaceful purpose that is related to a medical, therapeutic, pharmaceutical, agricultural, industrial, or research activity.
(2) Any purpose that is directly related to protection against toxic chemicals or biological weapons and agents.
(3) Any law enforcement purpose, including any purpose related to riot control.

It's very sick.
there are so many distractions,

here i was trying to see if there was another kennedy plot, my computer hacked, i couldn't even get through to the FBI except to talk to one retarded woman who didn't want to be nice, and on top of that, my phone vibrated the whole time i tried to use it and when my social worker sent some popo to talk to me about safety yesterday, the living room TV froze completely while they were in my living room.

we are either having electronic malfunction or being harassed.
i used to have nasa programs interrupted constantly.
that was the stuff i exposed partially too, common sense, 2+2, what *could* happen based on other scientists, etc

so yeah i sent in codes and images i researched about 9/11, zodiacs, the gabrielle giffords zodiac related murder, the similar birthdates of killers and killed,
and a sick similarity between my real findings and the film "murder by numbers".

no wonder my machine is hacked.
i also researched the osama secondary threats and pointed out what i thought people were truly planning to hit.

one of my targets received an earthquake after i submitted information defending casey anthony and saying she could have been abused and turned to a gang that was a cult.
i am not convinced she killed her girl alone. it doesn't look right. but i am no expert. however they halted the trial and said it was a possibility.

i want these people to get help, not just be stared at all day.
it's so wrong to be entertained by their misery and loss.
even if they committed the crime, we don't need to fill every day with one person's sins.

i wish nancy grace would cover things like vaccine damage. yeah.
