Listing the motives for the Palestinian militant group's Oct. 7 massacre in Israel, he accused Jews of "bringing red cows" to the Holy Land.

September 24, 2017, 10:45:16 pm Psalm 51:17 says: The specific rule pertaining to the national anthem is found on pages A62-63 of the league rulebook. It states: “The National Anthem must be played prior to every NFL game, and all players must be on the sideline for the National Anthem. “During the National Anthem, players on the field and bench area should stand at attention, face the flag, hold helmets in their left hand, and refrain from talking. The home team should ensure that the American flag is in good condition. It should be pointed out to players and coaches that we continue to be judged by the public in this area of respect for the flag and our country. Failure to be on the field by the start of the National Anthem may result in discipline, such as fines, suspensions, and/or the forfeiture of draft choice(s) for violations of the above, including first offenses.”

Aluminum is a known neurotoxin that destroys cellular metabolism and function. Hundreds of studies link to the ravaging effects of aluminum. The other proteins and formaldehyde serve to activate the immune system and open up the blood-brain barrier. This is NOT a good thing."

While many teach that there is no Rapture taught in the Bible, our study will show SEVEN Raptures. Believe the King James Bible and JUNK the Bible Rejecters who can't seem to understand even the most basic Bible doctrines.

Got to disagree with his understanding of what he calls "Rapture #4: Paul".

Also, #5 John the Beloved would be before the church rapture, and I'm not sure it can really be called a rapture as John went back to the flesh to write about what he was shown, and it seems he died in the flesh as most will. John wasn't "caught up" and stayed in Heaven. He was sent back.

(what's with the having people read along out loud like that? I don't get it. It seems vain and ritualistic)

He quotes 2 Corinthians 12:2 and interprets it to mean Paul is describing his own "rapture". Not true. Paul says from the start "I knew a man in Christ...". Paul is talking about somebody else that was caught up to the "third heaven". Paul wasn't talking about himself. I agree Paul is talking about a person being "raptured", but it isn't Paul that gets raptured, it's two other people.

Same with the second person Paul talks of. And Paul makes it even more clear who he's talking about in verse 5...

"Of such an one will I glory: yet of myself I will not glory, but in mine infirmities." 2 Corinthians 12:5 (KJB)

The reading out loud together this is a bit strange. I have listened to some of D.A. Waites sermons and that is what he does at his church. You end up not even being able to hear what is being read because every one is reading it at once. Grin

It seems the reading out loud like that is a teaching of churchianity. For some reason, they teach their teachers to do that. A tradition of works no doubt.

Anyone else got a take on this, maybe from a personal perspective?

FYI - at my mom's Korean church(FWIW, my dad's American, so I'm 1/2 blooded Asian), they do the same thing at one point in the service(at both the previous one my mom attended in New Orleans and the current one here in DFW). Take portions of scripture and the pastor/congregation take turns reading them out loud.

This was like 5 or so years ago when I was reading an NIV bible, had little discernment, and did nothing more than sit in a church pew every week - my mom commented to me then that this is what the CATHOLIC CHURCH does.

Yes, you heard it right - my mom said the Catholic Church does this same. For obvious reasons, I didn't think much of it at the time. But now that it's being brought up in this thread, I'm surprised Greg Miller does this at his HOME church(no, it's not a 501c3).

I like Pastor Miller - however, while I don't think he intends to deceive people, this does not mean he's infallible(as the case here shows). As usual, always search the scriptures yourselves.

Same with, for example, Brian Denlenger and that other pastor(forgot his name) at their home church - in Pastor Jesse's sermon on the truth about tithing, I thought he made some pretty big errors in it(ie-he said the book of James is for the Jews in the tribulation), and while BD said some really good things in his "Do saved Christians who commit suicide go to Hell" message, I still don't agree that those saved who commit suicide still get a free pass to heaven(in most cases, not all, that is). But we'll discuss this more in its respective thread.
