June 27, 2016, 02:19:50 pm 2nd Samuel 22:17 says: "Relief from the divine affliction was all they cared about. It is ever thus with the reprobate. With Pharaoh, as each fresh plague descended upon Egypt he sent for Moses and begged him to pray for its removal, and as soon as it was removed he hardened his heart and continued to defy the most High. Unless God is pleased to sanctify directly to our souls His chastisements, they profit us not. No matter how severe His judgments or how long they be protracted, man is never softened thereby unless God performs a work of grace within him. "And they gnawed their tongues for pain, and blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds." (Rev. 16:10,11)....Nowhere is the awful depravity of human nature more grievously displayed than at this very point....A later prophet in Israel complained of the people in his day for manifesting this vile temper: "O Lord, are not Thine eyes upon the truth? Thou hast stricken them, but they have not grieved; Thou has consumed them, but they have refused to receive correction: they have made their faces harder than a rock," (Jer. 5:3).

From this we may see how utterly absurd and erroneous are the teachings of Romanists on purgatory and of Universalists on hell. The imagined fire of purgatory or the real torments of Hell possess no purifying effect, and the sinner under the anguish of his sufferings will continually increase in wickedness and accumulate wrath to all eternity."

Luk 14:35 It is neither fit for the land, nor yet for the dunghill; but men cast it out. He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.

May 29, 2016, 06:56:20 pm tennis shoe says: "WHY are you watching YouTube, and NOT reading your bible?"

For the same reason that people go to church, listen to a sermon, but also never crack their Bible to see if what the pastor is saying lines up. Many churches encourage this behavior from their members. And it's been happening since the beginning. The Spirit of Truth is critical to survive the tremendous onslaught of deceit I see happening in the world right now. Christians are being heavily tested.

May 27, 2016, 10:15:38 pm 2nd Samuel 22:17 says: In a few of James Knox's sermons - he said how he's been approached by people every now and then over how they saw YT videos of people saying we're going through the 7 year great tribulation period. Knox's response was, "WHY are you watching YouTube, and NOT reading your bible?". It seems like a lot of these YT "Christians" live in the comfort of their home, drinking a glass of cold ice tea, while having the power of that built-in mic at their fingertips. But en yet, like Knox said, these same people wouldn't stand a chance if they had a power outage in their area for a mere weekend.

Mar 9:43  And if thy hand offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter into life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched:
Mar 9:44  Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.
Shocked

So-called "worms from hell" have been unearthed, and they have raised the possibility of extraterrestrial life. Is ET in these crazy, long organisms? They were found deep below the surface of the Earth, and now they have scientists thinking about the possibilities of this type of life form elsewhere.

The reason for the name "worms from hell" is because these creatures lived more than a mile below the Earth's surface, which must be fairly close to Hell at least by some estimations. They are actually called nematodes, or roundworms, and they were found in South African gold mines.

Tullis Onstott, lead researcher on the project, said, "This is telling us something brand new. For a relatively complex creature like a nematode to penetrate that deep is simply remarkable." The worms have nervous, digestive, and reproductive systems, which is what makes them complex.

Before this dramatic discovery, many researchers believed that such lifeforms could not live in an environment like that found so far under the Earth. Could this discovery mean that there is life on Mars or the Moon or on other planets throughout the Solar System? It certainly opens up the possibility, which is pretty amazing.

Of course, the name "worms from hell" may need a little work, but there is time for that. For now, science gets to imagine the possibilities of this extraordinary discovery, and that is what it is all about.

I imagined God removing arms and legs of those cast into the lake of fire; a human without limbs would look like a worm.
And if thy hand offend thee, cut it off; would it be a stretch to think God would cut off arms and legs?

"The giant Gippsland earthworm, Megascolides australis, is one of Australia's 1,000 native earthworm species. These Giant earthworms average 100 cm long and 2 cm in diameter and can reach 3 m in length. They have a dark purple head and a blue-grey body.

They live in the subsoil of blue, grey or red clay soils along stream banks and some south or west facing hills of their remaining habitat which is in Gippsland in Victoria, Australia.

These worms live in deep burrow systems and require water in their environment to respire. These worms rarely leave their moist burrows. They have relatively long life spans for invertebrates and can take 5 years to reach maturity. They breed in the warmer months and produce large egg cocoons which are laid in their burrows. When these worms hatch in 12 months they are already 20 cm long.

They can sometimes be heard in their habitat making gurgling sounds as they move underground.

Located near the town of Bass is the Giant Earthworm Museum. This building allows tourists to crawl through a magnified replica of a worm burrow and a simulated worm's stomach. Displays and educational material on the Giant Gippsland earthworm and other natural history of Gippsland are featured.

As with many of Australia’s native species, European colonisation has resulted in the decline of the Giant Gippsland earthworm and they are now a protected species. Some farmers in the area have stopped raising cattle and have begun planting crops. When the farmers till the ground many of the worms are severed, and some scientists believe that worms are killed as a result of the tilling. Thus, the giant earthworm is in danger of becoming extinct."

"I was looking through google trends today and noticed that their was a lot of buzz on the internet over Giant South African Earthworms. What so special about Giant South African Earthworms?

The Microchaetus rappi more commonly know as the Giant South African Earthworm can grow to over 20 feet long! In 1967 a world record setting specimen 22 feet long was found beside a road in William’s Town, South Africa.

Although I wasn’t able to find any pictures of this 22 foot monster. I did find this smaller version above."

Gen 3:14  And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:
Mat_13:38  ... but the tares are the children of the wicked one;
1Jn_3:10  In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil:
