To put it bluntly, this guy is a complete nutcase, here's why...
Scott Johnson from contendingfortruth.com is a lukewarm Christian. He's reprobate to every good work. He won't obey Jesus Christ nor does he want you to obey the gospel of Christ. This is evident by what he teaches by example. He is a false teacher and teaches contrary to the gospel of Christ and His sayings.
So if Scott is such a powerful Christian soldier as he openly boasts of being "fired up" about spiritual warfare then why does he put his tail between his legs and run from "Elijah the Prophet, the restrainer"?
I am the restrainer; I am Michael the archangel and Elijah the prophet 
. I can prove this with the King James Bible but Scott is too cowardly to enter into a debate with me.
While he lies and says I claim to be one of the two witnesses and calls me "pathetic" or "delusional" he only lies and falsely accuses his own brethren and fellow servant of God. He even spake to indicate that I am demon possessed but what Scott won't tell you openly is that I asked him twice to have mercy and patience on me and IF I have a devil to cast it out.
This is why Scott turns his tail and runs: He doesn't want you to obey Jesus Christ. For every time I confront him on why he doesn't obey any of the sayings of Jesus Christ which I have patiently asked him to obey, he runs with his tail between his legs and proceeds to falsely accuse me. Scott Johnson does believe in Jesus so he is my brother in Christ but know this for sure: Scott Johnson will be saved yet AS BY FIRE.
His faith is weak and his understanding of the mysteries of God is little.
Ask Dr. Scott Johnson yourself if he will obey the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ and you'll find he built his house upon the sand because he hears the sayings of Christ but does not obey them.
What are the sayings of Christ? What is the gospel that we are to obey? Oh, lukewarm Christians how long shall I withold the mystery of wickedness to protect you?
Here are the commands we are to obey OR ELSE GOD WILL TAKE FIERY VENGEANCE UPON US:
-Give to who ever asks of you (especially your enemies)
-Feed the hungry (even if you don't like them)
-Cloth the naked
-Walk two miles with whoever asks you to walk one mile
-If you see a stranger and they have the gospel of Jesus Christ, Take them in
-Resist not evil (turn the cheek)
-Trust in God and not riches

LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD, LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOU WOULD LOVE YOURSELF AND LOVE YOUR ENEMIES!
Scott Johnson does none of the sayings of Christ therefore he does not obey the gospel of Christ. God will take firey vengeance upon him and all those who follow after his sayings and trust in the teachings of Scott Johnson over those of Jesus Christ.
I've tested Scott nearly 20 times by now and he will not obey Jesus Christ. My testimony remains against him and his followers. For these are lighter than vanity and raise the scriptures and sayings of lesser prophets and men above those of Christ.
The only reason Scott is now starting to turn against Alex Jones is because I have been exposing Alex for who he is (for a long time) and the people will no longer stand to hear Scott hold Alex Jones or his people (like wicked Ron Paul and Al Jourgenson) in admiration for the sake of advantage.
This is why Scott Johnson was even blessed with a congregation. Because he holds men's person in admiration and runs to you in his latest "current events" "false teachings to not obey the gospel" and to tell you or hear from you some new thing. Reprobate to every good work I say.
Scott comes out of the nest of false profits known as the prophecy club. NONE OF THEM OBEY JESUS CHRIST. And when you confront them about the sayings of Christ and why they don't obey them or teach others to obey them, they turn a deaf ear and falsely accuse the poor as being covetous.
Scott Johnson has been thoroughly rebuked, it's up to you to stop supporting his ministry until he repents.

Stop drinking silver oh rich man and help the poor, build your house upon a rock by obeying Jesus Christ.
