WHAT I KNOW
*The Palestinians will go for a full fledge state in the latter part of September.
*The United States' tepid support of Israel likely will fade through September.
*The Greek debt problems will not go away, and Greece will default.
 
 
WHAT I DON'T KNOW
*Will the United States end up abstaining on the Palestinian vote?
*Will the Greek default not go orderly, but will crash taking down the important Spanish economy?
 
 
MY THOUGHTS
Reflecting back to my study of prophecy since the early 1990's there are a few world trends I want to expound on.  First, social media has changed the way everyone in the world works.  God has brought Jerusalem to the fingertips of every person in the world.  Even in the remotest parts of the world, one can get to technology in days time.  Social media has allowed watchers from everywhere to communicate together.  This must be done to share the Gospel as the organize church becomes apostatized.  You are fulfilling Scripture right now by reading a post from a Pastor in Kentucky about God's plan.  Social media will bring the world to the knowledge of Jesus Christ more than anyone could have imagined.
 
Second, Israel is more hated and more ostracized now than I could ever remember.  Even traditional liberal allies of Israel are turning against her.  Conservatives will when the world gets worse.  Right now, evangelicals are their strongest supporters.  It wasn't too long ago that Americans of most stripes supported Israel's existence, and now the current American President is pushing Israel to extinction.  Amazing how Israel has only to God to look to, fulfilling Scripture.
 
Third, the Middle East has gone from an American controlled entity to a God breathed entity.  No longer do the nations of the Middle East fear America.  Europe is now a big player, and in some respects an even bigger player in the Middle East than America.  Iran, Turkey, Russia, Syria, and the other Middle Eastern nations have a green light to punish Israel for its existence because American power can no longer be trusted to back Israel.  The Gog/Magog alliance and other Old Testament alliances are coming together at breathtaking speed.
 
Lastly, the whole spirit of the world has changed from a Western Christian world view to a more secular world view that hates the Judeo-Christian belief system.  You can sense it.  The world is getting close to where the one who holds back evil will be taken out of the way so Satan can use the strong delusion to bring a whole world to Hell because of her sins.  Only those who believe in Jesus Christ, Jew and Gentile alike will be able to stand against Satan's men, the Antichrist and False Prophet.  Many will face death doing so.  For the Great Tribulation and Day of the Lord to come to pass, the world must prepare itself for the great persecution to come.  Time will tell, but if feels like everything can come to pass at anytime.

P.S.  (Article below)  When the Palestinians are in Madrid to discuss how to approach the EU member states concerning their state, I know someone who is a Spaniard who has all the EU connections, don't you all. . .  Will he be there?   ( I know Bro Brian is referring to Javier Solona as he makes this point !!)
