March 27, 2024, 12:55:24 pm Mark says: Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked  When Hamas spokesman Abu Ubaida began a speech marking the 100th day of the war in Gaza, one confounding yet eye-opening proclamation escaped the headlines. Listing the motives for the Palestinian militant group's Oct. 7 massacre in Israel, he accused Jews of "bringing red cows" to the Holy Land.

September 24, 2017, 10:45:16 pm Psalm 51:17 says: The specific rule pertaining to the national anthem is found on pages A62-63 of the league rulebook. It states: “The National Anthem must be played prior to every NFL game, and all players must be on the sideline for the National Anthem. “During the National Anthem, players on the field and bench area should stand at attention, face the flag, hold helmets in their left hand, and refrain from talking. The home team should ensure that the American flag is in good condition. It should be pointed out to players and coaches that we continue to be judged by the public in this area of respect for the flag and our country. Failure to be on the field by the start of the National Anthem may result in discipline, such as fines, suspensions, and/or the forfeiture of draft choice(s) for violations of the above, including first offenses.”
September 20, 2017, 04:32:32 am Christian40 says: "The most popular Hepatitis B vaccine is nothing short of a witch’s brew including aluminum, formaldehyde, yeast, amino acids, and soy. Aluminum is a known neurotoxin that destroys cellular metabolism and function. Hundreds of studies link to the ravaging effects of aluminum. The other proteins and formaldehyde serve to activate the immune system and open up the blood-brain barrier. This is NOT a good thing."

Young Baptists types: "I believe Paul Washer is the most dangerous false teacher around today. Literally thousands of youths and grown men are fooled into thinking one has to persevere in order to be saved, or persevere in order to keep their salvation. Paul Washer demonstrates yet again the tag of a "wolf in sheep's clothing" which the Bible expressly warns about in Matthew chapter 7, incidentally the same chapter he fails to preach correctly...hmm I wonder why maybe (Luke 11:17) The Bible is clear what must be done for salvation "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved" Acts 16 v31 Salvation is acknowledging that you're a sinner in the eyes of God and that you deserve to go to Hell for your sins, but Christ has paid for all your sins and that by believing in what he has done for you in his death burial and resurrection, you are justified from all your sins and given everlasting life. That my friends is the gospel, Salvation is a "free gift" all you have to do is receive it (Romans 4 v5)"

Washer seems to be pretty popular among the more popular (end times)Christian message forums I frequent. No, it's not like these MBs are runned by the establishment or anything, but nonetheless, those popular MBs are not cheap to maintain, so obviously they end up allowing alot of this stuff(Washer, John MacArthur, Churchianity, other bible versions, FOX News, voting Republican no matter what, etc) for fear that they will lose members, and ultimately funding to their sites.

Washer says he had a born again experience while studying to become an oil and gas lawyer at the University of Texas. Upon graduation, he attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and achieved a Master of Divinity degree. He came to understand that no one could be saved unless repentance from and a turning away from sin was actually apparent as a result of their profession of faith, thereby testifying to the new nature that a Christian receives upon conversion. He has grown to define a Christian as one who continues to grow in repentance in addition to placing their trust in Christ. Although Washer admits that no repentance is perfect, he affirms that a genuinely born-again believer will continue to bear fruit or repentance, holiness, and love for God until they are no longer able to do so. He became convinced that easy-believism permeated the world and that those who had said a prayer or believed in Jesus without walking in step with what the Bible teaches about "Abiding in Christ" (John 15) and being obedient, were genuinely at risk of not having been actually converted. He then decided to take this understanding to others. In his now famous 2002 sermon "Modern American Christianity," he paraphrases a quote from Richard Baxter: "I'll preach as a dying man to dying men...and I'll preach as though I will never preach again." He moved to Peru where he became a missionary proclaiming his gospel for 10 years, after which time he returned to the United States. Washer resides in Radford, VA,[3] where he lives with his wife and three children.

Washer cites Thomas Watson, John Flavel, R.C. Sproul, John F. MacArthur, George Muller, John Piper, Jonathan Edwards, George Whitefield, Charles Spurgeon, Leonard Ravenhill, John Wesley, AW Tozer and Martyn Lloyd-Jones among others, as influences.[4] There are several videos of him preaching at Tim Conway's Grace Community Church of San Antonio Texas, and he frequently appears on Christian radio to discuss how people are saved.[5]
