Please prayer for Jerry

"Please prayer for Jerry. He's local. He listens to our messages. He even sends us an offering from time to time. But he's been mentally, physically and spiritually "crippled" by the horrible errors of psychotherapy and psychotropic drugs. For this reason, he does not attend a local church... he's lost control and embarrassed himself on several occasions and now simply cannot bring himself to attend and get to know people, again.

And just in case anyone thinks of throwing down the gauntlet of Hebrews 10:25... I want you to know that anyone who oversimplifies the effects of Prozac, Zoloft, Lithium, Trileptal, Ritalin, Lexapro, Paxil, Viibryd, Effexor, Cymbalta, Amphetamines, Thorazin, Trilofan, Depixol, Risperdal, Xanax, Valium, Serax, etc., and other forms of barbiturates, opioids, an...ti-depressants, stimulants, anti-psychotics, anxiolytics, depressants, mood enhancers, moodstabilzers, etc.,... has absolutely NO experience or knowledge on these matters. I've observed these things for 25 years of ministry.

These drugs have ruined countless lives--even when some taking them may feel good effects for a certain amount of time, only to wake up one day totally out of control in one way or another. In some cases, there is actual, physical brain damage from taking these things over an amount of years. These do irreparable harm to the nervous system, as well. And we are going to be facing more and more of this sort of thing as the Ritalin Generation grows up and become adults--a population already labelled as Generation Rx.

Read Malachi 3:5, Revelation 21:8 and 22L15 and consider this word "sorcery". It is from the Greek word "pharmakeus" which is transliterated into the English word for PHARMACY.

It is my belief that after the Rapture, the general population will be fed these things in one form or another en masse, producing (or opening them up for) the "strong delusion" that will cause all but a small number to worship the Antichrist and take his mark (Revelation 13:11-15).

"And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
"That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness." (2 Thessalonians 2:11-12 kjb)

Thankfully, Jerry is saved. but he's another statistic... another victim of the Devil's work to keep Christians from living the abundant life and being an effective witness.

And if you or someone in your family is saved and on these psychotropics, please pray about getting off of the stuff but only do so with the help of your physician (though, you may have to find a NEW one who isn't a drug pusher)."
