Listing the motives for the Palestinian militant group's Oct. 7 massacre in Israel, he accused Jews of "bringing red cows" to the Holy Land.

September 24, 2017, 10:45:16 pm Psalm 51:17 says: The specific rule pertaining to the national anthem is found on pages A62-63 of the league rulebook. It states: “The National Anthem must be played prior to every NFL game, and all players must be on the sideline for the National Anthem. “During the National Anthem, players on the field and bench area should stand at attention, face the flag, hold helmets in their left hand, and refrain from talking. The home team should ensure that the American flag is in good condition. It should be pointed out to players and coaches that we continue to be judged by the public in this area of respect for the flag and our country. Failure to be on the field by the start of the National Anthem may result in discipline, such as fines, suspensions, and/or the forfeiture of draft choice(s) for violations of the above, including first offenses.”

Aluminum is a known neurotoxin that destroys cellular metabolism and function. Hundreds of studies link to the ravaging effects of aluminum. The other proteins and formaldehyde serve to activate the immune system and open up the blood-brain barrier. This is NOT a good thing."

Right, I've heard others claim that verse as well that the sword was for protection, but I'm not so sure, especially seeing there was 12 of them and they only had 2 swords, yet Jesus said it was enough. If for protection, 2 swords doesn't seem like enough for a group of that size.

Spiritually speaking, I think it interesting that there is the Old and New Testaments, that's 2 swords! I'm still praying for more clarification from the Lord on that, but that's the best I have so far.

What I think is telling is that there is no mention anywhere in the New Testament of defending one's self using force of any type. Yet there is all kinds of mentions of suffering evil, rendering good for evil, turning the other cheek, etc.

But to me more importantly, faith says that we are to put our trust in Jesus to deliver us from evil, right? To flee all appearence of evil, etc. By faith we trust God to protect us, so it seems to me that we might not be so trusting that God will protect us if we walk through life with a sidearm strapped to our leg just in case.

akfools, let me ask you this...is trusting God to protect you from evil the same as trusting God to protect you from hungry grizzlies? I keep thinking about brother Daniel and the lions den. I'm thinking there is no difference.

This is a very good topic to discuss and pray about, especially considering the times are short. I know I need some clarification myself God willing.
