CAUGHT ON VIDEO: Man rips away abortion images, assaults pro-life witness

A camera captured a dramatic scene last month when an infuriated man stormed up cursing to a pro-life protester holding images of an aborted child by the roadside, tore the signs out of his hands and threw them away before assaulting him in an apparent attempt to destroy video evidence.

(WARNING: FOUL LANGUAGE VIEWER DISCRETION ADVISED):

The conflict began when Kenrick Bradley approached Anti-Choice Project co-founder Andrew St.Hilaire during a protest in front of Olympic College in Bremerton, Washington, on May 2, 2012.  Bradley complained that the images were traumatizing to his girlfriend, who had apparently miscarried.

“My girl lost her f****** baby, and we’re driving past this s*** and she has to see this s***,” said Bradley. “I’m very sorry about that that,” said St. Hilaire. “You guys are standing out here with f****** cameras like this s***‘s OK?” Bradley continued.

Bradley eventually grabs the large images, which showed the tiny body parts of children lost to abortion, and threw them over a fence. He later returns to St. Hilaire, who is already on the phone with police and grabs at his camera as a second camera across the street captures the action.

“Hi, I’m being assaulted. I’m being assaulted!” St. Hilaire says into the phone as the struggle ensues.

The Anti-Choice Project reports that Bradley pled guilty on May 23 to charges of malicious mischief, and was ordered to pay $388 for damages to equipment as well as court fees.

“Like many Americans, Mr. Bradley finds the sight of abortion intolerable. But this only raises the question: If abortion is too terrible to look at, why are we tolerating it?” the group asked on its blog.

‘You’re Terrorists!’ Angry Professor Steals, Destroys Pro-Life Sign Held By Christian Group

A professor of feminist studies at a California university was caught on video stealing a sign from members of a pro-life organization and then later allegedly destroyed the poster with scissors in her office.

Mireille Miller-Young is an associate professor of feminist studies at the University of California—Santa Barbara (UCSB). Her areas of study, according to her faculty Web page, include Black Film, Feminist and Queer Theory, Sex Work, and Pornography.

On March 4th, the pro-life organization Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust held a peaceful awareness campaign on the UCSB campus. According to the organization’s website, the Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust “is a Christian pro-life activist ministry dedicated to educating and activating the youth of America.”

“Compelled by the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and our respect for life, the Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust speak out on behalf of over 56,000,000 children lost to abortion in America since 1973,” the organization’s mission statement says. “Dedicated to defending the right to life of future generations, we are engaged in a battle to end America’s genocide. We recognize the urgency of this war, as over 3,500 children die each day in the United States because of abortion.”

During the March 4th event, 13 students with the Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust distributed 900 pro-life informational pamphlets to UCSB students and displayed several large, handheld signs with graphic images of abortion victims. Though several UCSB students expressed gratitude for the pro-life messages, Miller-Young approached the group and threatened to forcibly remove their anti-abortion materials.

“We don’t need to listen to these people!” Miller-Young shouted, according to witnesses. “They don’t have our permission to be here. Should we tear down their sign?”

Miller-Young then incited several pro-abortion students to chant, “Tear down this sign!  Tear down this sign!”

Then, as captured on a cell phone video published by the Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust, Miller-Young grabbed a sign from one of the members of the group and carried it into a nearby building.

“I may be a thief, but you’re terrorists!” Miller-Young yelled as she and two pro-abortion students walked away with the sign.

Students with the Christian pro-life group were shocked.

“She’s a professor and she’s stealing a sign!” one of the youth can be heard exclaiming in the video. “She’s a thief!”

Two of the pro-life students—16-year-old Thrin Short and her 21-year-old sister Joan—followed Miller-Young into the building. However, the professor entered an elevator and then pushed the students away when they tried to follow her. Thrin was left with scratches on her arms from the professor’s shoves.

According to a report filed by the UCSB Police Department, Miller-Young destroyed the pro-life poster with scissors in her office. When asked by a police officer if there had been a struggle for the sign, the professor simply said, “I’m stronger so I was able to take the poster.”

Members of Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust described the taking of the sign as “a considerable loss to our operation.”

“Nothing like this has ever happened to me before and I hope it will never happen again,” one of the witnesses wrote, “but it did not destroy the work that we did. We were able to handle individuals. What we did not expect to encounter was a professor inciting a mob.”

Following the incident, Miller-Young received heavy criticism for forcibly taking the demonstrators’ sign.

“The UC system should be embarrassed and get rid of this ‘professor’ who only teaches HER agenda instead of teaching these students to think on their own,” one online commenter from California stated. “I am spending a lot of hard earned money for this?!”

However, Miller-Young has firmly defended her actions against the criticism. One tweet posted on her Twitter page last week dismissed one of the Short girls as a “whining little bigot.”

Despite the loss of their sign and the assault from the professor, members of the pro-life organization remain optimistic about their fight against abortion. In a Friday blog post, a Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust team member said they have been making the most of the “polarization” caused by their recent outreach.

“In order to bring about the most good during this heightened polarization of student opinion about abortion at UCSB, the Campus Outreach Team held a follow-up outreach at the campus this week,” the blog post states.

“In the last week, we have received an overwhelming outpouring of support for Joan, Thrin, and for Survivors,” the blog post continues. “Our emails, blog, Facebook page, and phone have all been flooded with encouraging messages from people who are familiar with Survivors, and from many who had not heard of our ministry before. … We are exceedingly grateful for all of the encouragement, support, and prayers.”

Feminist Studies Professor Who Accosted Pro-Life Students Charged With Assault

Did you catch the story about the pro-abortion demonstration at the religious college where a pro-life professor grabbed a protester’s sign and destroyed it? Of course not, because there’s no such story. If it had happened, it would be news, and garner significant attention.

The same thing happened earlier this month at the University of California-Santa Barbara — if you switch the players. milleryoung

As seen in a video at the YouTube site of the Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust (warning: profanity), a UCSB assistant professor took a sign away from a participant in a campus pro-life outreach effort. Flanked by two students, she took the sign back to her office and destroyed it.

Now feminist studies Associate Professor Mireille Miller-Young “is facing vandalism, battery, and robbery charges.”

Kill em!! Kill em ALL!!!

The UCSB incident has, as far as I can tell, despite the prof’s utter lack of contrition, has gone virtually uncovered by the establishment press. The related police report follows the jump:

Lowlights, for those who don’t clickthrough:

“… because the poster was upsetting to her and other students, she felt that the activists did not have the right to be there.”
“Miller-Young argued that she set a good example for her students. Miller-Young likened her behavior to that of a ‘conscientious objector.’”
“Miller-Young continued and stated that she had a ‘moral’ right to act in the way she did.”

Miller-Young’s UCSB web page describes her areas of emphasis as “black cultural studies, pornography and sex work.” Her “areas of study” are “Pornography; Sex Work; Black Film, Popular Culture and Art; Feminist & Queer Theory; African American & African Diaspora Studies; Visual Archives; New Media; Ethnography; Oral History.” The school clearly either charges far too much in tuition, gets far too much money from the state, or both.

When an admittedly more serious act of vandalism — but without assault — occurred in Northern Kentucky in 2006, at least the local Cincinnati Enquirer covered it (though not particularly well). In this instance, a story at news channel KEYT is the only establishment press outlet noted in a Google News search on “UCSB professor charged” (not in quotes). Fox News has a story, but as the rest of their colleagues constantly remind us, they don’t “count.”

What it really means is that Fox still has a sense of what is newsworthy without applying a PC filter items which don’t fit a predetermined agenda.

And THAT is the nasty attitude of many people. They really believe they have the right to oppose people that don't agree with them, even if it means through physical force and violence.

Professor Who Stole, Destroyed Christian Group’s Pro-Life Sign Formally Charged

A California professor who was recently caught on camera stealing a pro-life sign from a Christian group on campus, and then later destroyed the sign with scissors has been formally charged for her actions.

As previously reported, on March 4th, the pro-life organization Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust held a peaceful abortion awareness campaign on the University of California-Santa Barbara (UCSB) campus. Over a dozen students with the group distributed 900 pro-life informational pamphlets to UCSB students and displayed several large, handheld signs with graphic images of abortion victims.

Although several UCSB students expressed gratitude for the pro-life messages, Mireille Miller-Young, a professor in feminist studies, whose areas of study include Black Film, Feminist and Queer Theory, Sex Work, and Pornography, approached the group and threatened to forcibly remove their anti-abortion materials.

“Miller-Young said that she found this material offensive because she teaches about women’s ‘reproductive rights’ and is pregnant,” the police report also outlined. “Miller-Young … stated that she had the ‘moral’ right to act the way she did.”

But this week, the Santa Barbara district attorney’s office agreed with the students that the professor’s actions were unlawful. It proceeded with formal charges against Miller-Young: one count each of theft, battery and vandalism.

“Nothing like this has ever happened to me before and I hope it will never happen again,” a member of Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust told reporters. “But it did not destroy the work that we did. We were able to handle individuals. What we did not expect to encounter was a professor inciting a mob.”

Miller-Young is scheduled to appear in court for an arraignment on April 4th.

Protester: Planned Parenthood abortion worker threatened elderly pro-life man with violence (video)

An elderly pro-life protester standing in front of a California abortion facility was threatened with physical violence by a Planned Parenthood employee, according to a new video posted online.

The video shows a man, whom the people who filmed it identify as an abortionist, screaming at a man outside the entrance of the Orange Health Center, located at 700 South Tustin Street in Orange, California.

“Don't f---ing yell at me when I'm driving through the f---ing thing,” the man says, “or someday I'm gonna get out and sock you in the f---ing face!”

He continued that, just like the pro-life protester, “I believe in God, too.”

“I'm not a baby killer,” he said. “I supply a service. So watch your f---ing mouth.”

“This abortionist’s medical license should be immediately revoked for making threats of physical violence against a peaceful pro-life advocate practicing his first amendment rights,” Live Action President and Founder Lila Rose said.

The doctor's actions add outrage to outrage, she said. “It is already an injustice and tragedy that this abortionist is allowed by the state to dismember and destroy helpless, preborn children,” she said. “Local authorities should immediately intervene to prevent this abortionist from threatening or harming any more people.”

A description posted with the video says, “This abortionist works for Planned Parenthood of Orange in Orange, California. This took place at approximately 8:00 a.m. on Saturday May 10, 2014.” The center had three ambulance visits in the first three months of 2013.

The video does not supply either person's name. The younger man does not look or sound like John Paul McHugh, the abortionist regularly on duty at the facility.

Feminist Studies Professor Charged With Assaulting Pro-Lifers Faces Huge Legal Bill

It looks like the pro-choice Feminist Studies professor who assaulted a pro-life teen on the campus of UC Santa Barbara is looking for financial assistance due to “growing legal fees”

In March, the Santa Barbara District Attorney filed charges of grand theft, battery, and vandalism against Professor Mireille Miller-Young for violence she committed against young pro-life activists who held a peaceful outreach on the UC Santa Barbara campus on March 4th.

Stephanie Gilmore, Ph.D. who describes herself as the editor for the Committee on LGBT History and a member of the editorial collective for the academic journal Feminist Studies has posted this plea for help on behalf of the pro-choice professor, “Dr. Mireille Miller-Young is facing increasingly high legal fees as a result of her activism in response to antichoice demonstrators. Of course, the legal system will determine the outcome of her case. But if you are milleryounginclined to help with the fees she will have to pay — to her attorney and possibly to restitution — please donate here. All money raised will go directly to Mireille.“

The notice has since been removed but not before the group on facebook Fire Mierille Miller Young saved a copy.

Gilmore penned her support for the violent actions of Miller-Young in a Feminist-Wire blog where she writes, “In the early 1990s, I volunteered as an escort at a women’s clinic that provided, among many other services, legal abortion…A court of law will determine the outcome of any legal actions that result from the situation. Legal agencies will also determine whether or not the actions of groups like LA Survivors are terroristic. But I stand with Mireille Miller-Young because she stands with women – ALL women – in the face of political intimidation and harassment. She is a warrior who deserves our support and praise…Mireille Miller-Young took a stand, rejected what she saw as a type of terrorism, and defended her right to her bodily integrity (after all, she is a human being). In so doing, she defended all of us. I am in solidarity with Mireille Miller-Young.”

milleryoungOn March 4, 2014, he radical pro-abortion professor at the University of California at Santa Barbara made headlines when she went berserk on a group of pro-life advocates on campus earlier this month.

The professor claimed that she set a good example when she attempted to incite students to violence and initiated the theft of a pro-life activist’s sign. We hope that the only example set by her actions is that crime will not be tolerated by the DA, nor the University of California. The prosecution should reach a resolution that deters anyone from committing these crimes again.

Catherine Short is the mother of 21-year-old Joan Short and 16-year-old Trin Short, two of the young women assaulted by the professor. She is also an attorney and Life Legal Defense Foundation Legal Director and issued a full statement about the case HERE.

Thrin Short was also interviewed on the pro-life TV show – Life Talk which can be viewed here:

Mark Crutcher, president of Life Dynamics, Inc. and host of Life Talk was outraged.

ThrinArmScratehesucsbCrutcher asked why parents would send their kids to a school with such poor judgment that they did not fire Miller-Young immediately, “What is wrong with the parents and the students who are going there …paying all this money to go to an institution that would have a woman like this on staff. Why wasn’t she fired? If I had a kid going there, first off I am going to call the school and say, you’re not getting another nickel from me as long as this woman’s on staff. Because, it indicates bad judgment on your part. You’re judgment is so poor that this woman can admit that she did this thing, and then come out and say, I had the right to do it? And you’re going to keep her on staff, and you’re going to let her try to mold young minds? Not with my money, you’re not. Why are students still going there and why are parents still paying for it? That’s the part I don’t understand,” Crutcher stated.

Crutcher is publicly calling for the professor to be fired.

Short told Life Talk that the professor injured her scratching her arms.

I would ask UC Santa Barbara, Vice Chancellor Michael D. Young just who was the intolerant one here?

Planned Parenthood Student Group Pelts Pro-Lifers With Condoms, Saying “We Love Abortion”

The pro-life group Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust claims that while protesting at Boise State University, they were pelted with condoms by a person claiming to represent a Planned Parenthood.

Survivors visits college campuses displaying abortion victim photography at various universities.

During their visit to Boise Secular the pro-lifers said it seemed like students at the university were just “flipping out!”

According to the pro-lifers a group claiming they represented Planned Parenthood, pelted the team with condoms! Shouting, “We love abortion!”

Later the group said they noticed a young man kneeling in front of one of the pro-life signs. Sure enough!! He was vandalizing the sign!

According to Survivors, the vandal drew a mustache on the face of the aborted baby.

When one of the Survivors asked him, “Why would you do that to the picture of that little girl who was killed by abortion?” he just smirked and said, “Well it’s a boy now! I love abortion.”

According to the groups’ founder, Jeff White, “I tell you; if you are not afraid for the future of our country you would be after just spending a couple of days with the Survivors Campus Outreach Team, experiencing what they experience. Being hit with rocks or condoms, being spit on or mocked all comes with the privilege of being on campus and speaking out on the issue of their day. They represent the truth of abortion and go as ambassadors of Christ and their work is not in vain!”

And no matter how hard the "religious right", these pro-family groups, etc tried tooth and nail to "expose" all of this, ultimately all of this has gotten worse and worse.

Yes, these controlled-opposition groups like the RR, Family Research Council, whatever pro-life Catholic groups, etc were the biggest problems in all of this(ultimately, they made Christianity look foolish too).

Pro-life teen attacked on street by foul-mouthed abortion supporter

A peaceful pro-life protest turned violent today in Columbus, OH—by an angry pro-abortion woman who became enraged and attacked both verbally and physically as the pro-life group Created Equal conducted an outreach for interns. The video shows the woman kicking over pro-life signs in a tirade on the street, then attacking Created Equal’s Director of Training, Seth Drayer. In front of a pro-life sign showing what an unborn baby looks like, the video shows the woman screaming:

“That is not what a fetus looks like. It’s a clump of cells at 12 weeks. It does not look like that! It’s a clump of blank cells. You’re a racist f—-ing male that doesn’t stand for women’s rights!”

****** WARNING VIDEO HAS EXTREMELY FOUL LANGUAGE: VIEWER DISCRETION ADVISED******

Then she violently kicks over the sign with the picture of the unborn baby and says to get the camera out of her face, and the screen goes black for a moment and throws a punch. As they tell her they are calling the police, she runs down the street and runs for another pro-life sign, kicking it also. “I’m calling the police, ma’am,” the Created Equal worker tells her. She faces him and says: “You are f—-ing white male privileged ass—-. She then hits the camera away with her hand also. As he calmly continues that he is calling the police right then, she continues:

“ What you are is a racist mother—– ,as well. How dare You f—ing do this kind of s—, ass—-?”

He tells her she is being videotaped, she responds:

“Go ahead, go right f—ing on ahead, you sexist misogynist mother—ers. That is all you are. You don’t give a sh–about women. You don’t give a sh–about life. All you are is a just a bunch of f—ing ass—–.”

Someone tells her to back off and she stands, looking angry, and says, “All you are is just a bunch of misogynist mother—ers. Take your make privilege somewhere else.” In the next scene she is in his face, finger pointed, yelling,

Click "like" if you are PRO-LIFE!

“No uterus; no right to talk about it. Understand me motherf—-er?”

The Created Equal workers stay calm and unprovoked throughout the entire scene. It ends when the police arrive and retrieve her from the bus she has boarded. She throws her wrists in the air and walks toward the officers, and says with a defiant tone, “Go ahead; take me.” In a statement from Created Equal, Executive Director Mark Harrington said:

“Violent attacks on pro-lifers are becoming more common. Pro-lifers need to be winsome and be willing to take verbal and physical abuse if necessary in order to remain faithful to our pledge to be non-violent.  We also should take precautions to reduce the likelihood of these attacks, be prepared to film them and prosecute the perpetrators (if necessary) to the fullest extent of the law.  We understand the risk we take each time we go into the marketplace of ideas with a message as counter-cultural as showing the victims of abortion.  However, despite the threat we will not shrink back from representing the victims.”

Created Equal says:

One of the main characteristics of being a movement, not just a cause, is that we are dedicated to non-violence and treating people with respect.  Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. said; ‘Nonviolence means avoiding not only external physical violence but also internal violence of spirit. You not only refuse to shoot a man, but you refuse to hate him.’”

While abortion advocates have lamented the recent Supreme Court ruling on the removal of buffer zones around abortion clinics, this video is a reminder that pro-lifers also risk their physical safety when standing for life. Perhaps the ones in need of buffer zones are those peacefully protesting abortion, as witnessed today in Columbus.

Feminist Professor Who Stole, Destroyed Group’s Pro-Life Sign Pleads No Contest

A California professor who was caught on camera stealing a sign from a pro-life group on campus, and then later destroyed the sign with scissors, has plead “no contest” to criminal charges stemming from the incident.

“Miller-Young said that she found this material offensive because she teaches about women’s ‘reproductive rights’ and is pregnant,” the police report also outlined. “Miller-Young … stated that she had the ‘moral’ right to act the way she did.”

But the Santa Barbara district attorney’s office agreed with the students that the professor’s actions were unlawful. It proceeded with formal charges against Miller-Young: one count each of theft, battery and vandalism.

On Thursday, Miller-Young plead “no contest” in court.  While the plea is not an admission of guilt, it is often treated as such and moves the case toward sentencing. However, “no contest” pleas are also used in the event that a civil suit could be filed, so that no admission of guilt will be found in court records.

“Today’s plea brings us one step closer to seeing justice done in this case,” commented attorney Katie Short of the Life Legal Defense Foundation, mother of Thrin and Joan. “Pro-life advocates should not be subjected to intimidation and violence for lawfully exercising their right to free speech, and we are happy to see that Ms. Miller-Young is being held accountable for her actions.”

UCSB '**** professor' sued by pro-life activists

A University of California, Santa Barbara faculty member serving three years criminal probation for attacking a teenager spreading a pro-life message on campus now faces a civil lawsuit over her actions, which she blamed on being pregnant.

A nine-page complaint filed Thursday in Santa Barbara County Superior Court by Life Legal Defense Foundation seeks compensatory and punitive damages along with civil penalties against Mireille Miller-Young, an associate professor of feminist studies at UCSB, the UC Regents and others in connection with the March 4 incident.

One of the plaintiffs, Catherine “Thrin” Short, was 16 when she and 10 others in a campus free-speech zone known as the Arbor, held signs, handed out literature and talked to passersby about the group’s view of abortion. Miller-Young came along, according to the lawsuit, shouted obscenities, mocked the group’s “intellect, age and education” and ripped a sign from the hands of a woman identified as Sarah Rivera and walked off.

Thrin’s older sister, Joan Short, 21, took hold of the sign, but Miller-Young, 38, “yanked it out of her grasp.”

Meanwhile, Thrin grabbed her video camera and hit record.

That video, made public by the group Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust, shows Miller-Young and students identified as June Erika Ito and Briana Cresene Brown walking off with the sign. Thrin can be heard yelling “thief” at Miller-Young, who turns and, with a smile, responds, “I may be a thief but you’re a terrorist.”

The video also captured the point where Thrin and her sister, after contacting UC police by cellphone, confront the attackers at an elevator leading to Miller-Young’s office.

“Believing that the police would be there momentarily, (Thrin) put her foot on the elevator door track to prevent the door from closing,” the lawsuit states. “Miller-Young then struck (Thrin) repeatedly, both kicking her foot and pushing her body to get her away from the elevator.”

Miller-Young got off the elevator “and began pulling on Catherine Short’s arms and dragging her away from the elevator, leaving scratches on her arms.”

Eventually, Miller-Young met the other assailants in her office, where they destroyed the sign.

When detained by law enforcement, Brown initially refused to identify herself then gave a false name, for which she was cited.

Miller-Young, who was three months pregnant at the time, told UCSB police that the images of aborted fetuses on the activists’ poster “triggered” her to act.

She originally pleaded not guilty to three misdemeanor counts of theft, vandalism and battery, but then changed her plea to no contest.

A sympathetic Judge Brian Hill sentenced Miller-Young, whom detractors call the “**** professor” because her areas of study include pornography and sex work, to three years probation and ordered her to undergo 10 hours of anger management therapy. She also was ordered to serve more than 100 hours of community service.

She paid $492.40 in restitution to the Shorts and another $295 in fines.

At sentencing in August, the associate professor, who is not teaching during the fall term, told the judge she was to give birth near the end of September.

Catherine Swysen, Miller-Young’s attorney in the criminal matter, did not respond to a request for comment on the civil suit.

Neither the university nor the UC system issued any public condemnation of Miller-Young’s actions or offered an apology over those actions to Thrin or the others.

But Michael Young (no relation to the associate professor), the retiring vice chancellor for student affairs, in a campus wide email expressing “my views on free speech” essentially casts students as weak against outsiders who are disruptive and have “the potential to draw us into the kind of conflict that puts at risk the quality of exchange of ideas that is fundamental to the mission of our university.”

In announcing the lawsuit, Dana Cody, president and executive director of Life Legal Defense Foundation, blasted Miller-Young.

“This is a mature, supposedly educated woman charged by the University of California to convey knowledge, and instead she conveyed discrimination and intolerance,” she said.

“Not only was she out of line in attacking students, but she literally drew blood from a minor.”

The plaintiffs are represented by Life Legal Defense Foundation attorneys Catherine W. Short (Thrin’s mother), and Alison Aranda, who state four causes of action. First, that all defendants, by threats, intimidation or coercion, interfered with plaintiffs’ federal and state free speech rights. Two others focus on Miller-Young and the regents violating the plaintiffs’ right under California Civil Code “to be free from violence and intimidation by threat of violence against their property because of their religious and political beliefs and the peaceful lawful expression of those beliefs.”

The fourth cause of action claims battery on the part of Miller-Young who “committed an intentional, harmful and offensive touching of (Thrin) Short. Such touching was done without her consent and was unreasonable to any person in (Thrin’s) situation.”

As a result of the defendants’ “willful, wanton, malicious and oppressive” acts, the lawsuit states, Thrin and the others suffered “emotional distress, fear, shock, anxiety, embarrassment, physical pain, damage to property and loss of reputation.”

Woman Arrested After Attempting to Run Over Pro-Lifers at North Carolina Abortion Facility

A 23-year-old woman who attempted to run over a group of pro-lifers ministering at a North Carolina abortion facility this past weekend was arrested and now faces criminal charges for her actions.

The situation took place on Saturday outside of A Preferred Women’s Health in Charlotte, the same facility that made headlines in 2012 when abortionist Ron Virmani referred to the African American children he aborts as being “ugly black babies.”

Members of the pro-life group Cities4Life were present that day to provide women with alternatives to abortion, and as part of the outreach, the Monroe HELP Center had its mobile ultrasound unit parked alongside the street to offer women free ultrasounds and assistance. Courtney Parks, a nurse with the ministry, told Christian News Network that the RV is at the facility four times a week, and has been a blessing in the lives of many women.

“We’ve had many instances where these ladies think that there is nothing in their womb but what the liberal media tells them—it’s just a clump of cells, just a blob of tissue, nothing there—and when I’m able to show them their eight-week little baby in their womb with a heartbeat, arms and legs moving around, …. it kind of turns a light bulb on in their head,” she explained, noting that some mothers have even seen their babies sucking their thumb.

“I’ve had so many women say, ‘That’s my baby!”” Parks continued. “People are just so grateful for us standing for the truth and standing for the babies. … They see you care, they see you want to help them and it makes them want to choose life for their baby.”

She said that over 500 babies were saved from abortion just last year because of those who have been ministering outside of abortion facilities in the city.

But not everyone is always happy to when being offered an alternative to abortion, and especially not this past weekend when 23-year-old Lacey Deese arrived at the abortion facility with a friend. Patrick Courtney, a full-time missionary who has been witnessing for Christ outside A Preferred Women’s Health for nearly two years, spoke to Deese when she arrived.

“She kind of made a gesture and she said that we were losers and other [not so] nice words, and I just told her that I loved her and cared about her,” he recalled.

However, when Deese left the facility, Courtney realized that matters were about to get worse. He said that he wanted to offer Deese a booklet as she drove off, but soon saw that she began to direct her car right toward him—not to take the booklet, but to strike him as he stood in the grass just off the driveway. Courtney stepped back, but his arm still made impact with her windshield, and Deese sped off down the street.

But it didn’t end there. Deese came back again and again, making rounds past the pro-lifers while driving erratically.

“One of our team members actually stopped her and asked her to slow down because she was driving so recklessly,” Parks recalled, “and she (Deese) cussed her out.”

Parks began filming with her cellphone, and she and others called 911. On one round, while blowing the horn, Deese’s car went up on the sidewalk just feet from a group of elderly volunteers with 40 Days for Life.

“We have pictures of tire tracks in the mud and grass where she came all the way up on the sidewalk,” Parks said. “Literally, if they hadn’t dove out of the way, she would have mowed them over. It was one of the scariest moments I’ve ever had.”

“Being a firefighter, I know about all those things that could have happened,” Courtney stated. “Things could have been a whole lot worse. People could have died there.”

Police soon tracked down Deese and took her into custody. Online arrest details state that Deese has been charged with “reckless driving to endanger.”

Courtney went to the local emergency room to have his arm checked out, and returned home. Both he and Parks state that they hold no ill will against Deese, but believe that the woman must be hurting inside to have acted out in the way that she did.

“I’ve done a lot of spiritual warfare, and I knew it wasn’t the young lady [doing this]; it was the spirit behind her,” Courtney said. “Because I told her I loved her, my heart is that seed that Jesus planted there will grow. And if I never see the result, it’s just my prayer that Christ will come into her life.”

“We know this young lady is hurting,” Parks agreed. “We don’t hold any hard feelings for her. We’ve been praying for her. Our ultimate prayer is that she comes to know the Lord.”

Oregon Students Stomp On Pro-Lifer's Rights (Literally)
Campus officer: "What I'm here to tell you is that on campus we have additional rules other than just freedom of speech."

A group of University of Oregon students swarmed a pro-life preacher this week, outraged over a sign featuring an image of an aborted fetus, which they decried as “violent” and “obscene.” After increasingly tense arguments between the activist and the students, two Oregon students took the sign and began to stomp on it, saying, “This is our campus and we don’t want to have to see this.”

At the beginning of the video—recorded by the president and vice president of the University of Oregon Young Americans for Liberty—one student began screaming at the activist, who remained completely calm, citing abortion statistics in response. The conflict earned the attention of campus officer John Loos, who came over to discuss the activist’s right to be there and hold the sign.

"What I'm here to tell you is that on campus we have additional rules other than just freedom of speech," Officer Loos told the preacher, explaining that the university prohibits offensive or demeaning public expressions. Despite the activist’s clearly calm demeanor, the officer called him the “instigator” of the conflicts and cited an “ASUO rule” about “offensive speech” that he said the activist is breaking.

“I want you to calm down first,” Loos said. “You’re breaking an ASUO rule — I don’t know the rule off the top of my head.”

The activist maintained that he had the right to be there and pushed back against the idea of defining in an objective way what constituted “offensive speech.” He also pointed out that the officer was only talking to him rather than the students, to which the officer responded he would talk to the students about not being “offensive” after their discussion.

When the sergeant arrived, he maintained the activist’s right to be there. "My only concern is that there is no physical violence,” he said. “If everybody is going to stay and yell and scream, that's fine. As long as there's no violence, we're done."

When the officers left, a group of students began to push in closer to the activist, eventually taking his sign and stomping on it, one student saying felt "emotionally threatened" by the sign. The Daily Emerald describes the scene:

History major Allison Rutledge was the first to damage the anti-abortion activist’s poster. She stood on it and claimed that the activist didn’t have a right to display the graphic imagery. The video doesn’t make it clear when the anti-abortion activist’s sign ends up on the ground (it cuts before the action happens).

“This is my property,” the activist said as Rutledge stood on his sign. “Just leave us alone.”

The video cuts after a while, but Rutledge is later seen leading a chant in order to get the anti-abortion activist to leave University of Oregon property.

“All I’d like to say about why I decided to actually take the sign from him is I realized it was his property, but it was a piece of paper. I considered the sign obscene and offensive and intending to anger and start a scene,” Rutledge said when contacted for comment. “I didn’t want to look at that obscenity.”

She called the incident a tussle before saying that she felt emotionally threatened by the anti-abortion activist’s sign.

“There’s a limit to what people should be forced to look at,” Rutledge said. “We didn’t like it and we actually made him put his sign away. We had no problem with his opinion, but it was his sign. You can’t just show whatever you want.”

In response to the incident, UO Police Chief Carolyn McDermed a statement to the campus paper emphasizing the department's commitment to "protecting the safe practice of free speech on our campus":

“As free speech is a cornerstone of a public university, we expect our officers to understand the relevant laws and police, and do their professional best to protect the speech rights of everyone on campus, while ensuring safe access to our facilities and public rights of way. All UOPD officers will be reminded of the relevant laws and policies, and their role in protecting the safe practice of free speech on our campus.”

Texas Woman Arrested After Throwing Molotov Bomb at Pro-Lifers Outside Planned Parenthood

A Texas woman was arrested Monday night after she allegedly threw a homemade Molotov bomb at a group of pro-lifers praying outside of a Planned Parenthood facility in Austin.

Melanie Toney, 52, was taken into custody after witnesses to the incident were able to write down part of her license plate number and call police. She now faces charges of aggravated assault.

The incident occurred outside of Planned Parenthood’s South Austin Health Center at approximately 6 p.m. on Monday, as a woman was seen slowly driving up to the location. Members of 40 Days for Life and the Texas Coalition for Life had been standing outside of the facility that day praying for the plight of the unborn.

Ruth Allwein with 40 Days for Life told local television station KXAN that she initially thought that perhaps the woman was pulling up to ask for information, but then realized that something was terribly wrong.

“I realized she was throwing something out the window and it was on fire,” Allwein explained. “It had a lit wick, so my first instinct was to back away, then I wasn’t sure what to do.”

She decided to approach the object and stomp out the fire.

“I ended up coming over and stamping on it, so it was a little bit nerve-racking,” Allwein outlined. “I thought about leaving it alone but then my thought was, ‘What if it explodes, what’s going to happen?’ So I decided it was worth coming back coming back over here and doing something about it.”

The Austin police and bomb squad arrived on the scene, and discovered a determined that a paper towel wrapped around a wick had been placed in a Gumout gas treatment bottle, which was then lit on fire. The homemade explosive, called a Molotov cocktail, thankfully did not ignite as it fell on a soft, grassy area of the property, police stated. Had it exploded, the situation could have been much worse.

“This is definitely the first time that something of this nature has been thrown at us that’s actually threatened and put people in danger, so it’s obviously very alarming,” Heather Gardner, executive director of Central Texas Coalition for Life, told reporters.

Toney was arrested just a few miles from the facility. She initially denied any involvement in the incident, but later admitted that the bomb “might” have been lit before she threw it out the car window.

A motive is still being determined in the matter.

“We know that many women are hurting from past abortion experiences,” Gardner told Life News. “One of the ways people sometimes lash out is through anger and violence. We pray for this woman and pray for healing in her heart if she is hurting from a past abortion.”

Portland Investigating Inaction of Officer Against Man Who Attacked ‘Scum’ Christians with Cleanser

Officials in Portland, Oregon are investigating a police officer who failed to take action against a man who attacked six Christians with a cleansing agent earlier this month while pronouncing them all “scum.”

As previously reported, the incident took place on August 12 outside of the Portland Planned Parenthood facility as over 20 Christians participated in a pro-life outreach that was a part of the Biblical Church Evangelism Conference hosted by Beaverton Grace Bible Church and organized by its pastor, Chuck O’Neal.

As they stood on the public sidewalk to proclaim the word of God and the gospel of Jesus Christ through preaching and the holding of signs, a man who is believed to have brought a woman to the facility began yelling at the Christians and then blanketed half of dozen of them with scouring powder.

“Somewhere he got ahold of a very large canister of Comet and then he came around the building and went to one of our ladies and pronounced her ‘scum’ and doused her with this can of Comet head to toe,” O’Neal told Christian News Network. “He continued down the line … and he said, ‘And you, and you, and you ,’ pronouncing them all scum and shaking out Comet on each one.”

When O’Neal was told by other participants what was taking place, he went to talk to the man, but was likewise blanketed with scouring powder.

“I approached the man, and he proceeded to douse me with the Comet as well, getting it in my eyes and on my clothes,” he recalled. “I was warning him that this was assault … and calling upon him to stop and to repent and turn to Christ.”

A police patrol vehicle was parked nearby as the incident took place, and former Los Angeles County Deputy Sheriff Tony Miano began calling to the officer to arrest the man. However, Miano and O’Neal state that the officer, Gene Gillock, rather protected the man shaking the cleanser on the Christians.

    Connect with Christian News

“As I’m shouting to him, ‘We want this man arrested,’ he’s telling us to stay back and not to disrupt what he’s doing, while he’s letting the assailant [be] who just assaulted six Christians with a white powder,” Miano explained. “He’s treating the guy who assaulted six of our friends as if they had been doing something wrong.”

The evangelists state that instead of handcuffing the man, Gillock pulled up slowly and told the man to keep walking down the street. Moments later, he had the man sit in the back of his car as they talked. The officer then drove away with the passenger door still open as the man sat inside.

Miano said that Gillock never checked on the condition of the Christians.

“There were several people doused in this caustic cleanser, people complaining about their eyes burning, and he didn’t stop to see if anyone needed aid,” he stated. “He did nothing to check on the condition of the victims, but he did everything to accommodate the man who viciously, angrily assaulted six Christians peacefully exercising their right to free speech and exercising their deeply held religious beliefs.”

“The officer had no idea whether anyone had received a full douse to the face, eyes, mouth,” O’Neal agreed. “He seemed to be more concerned about the safety of the perpetrator than the safety and care of the victims.”

O’Neal and Miano said that they don’t believe the man was taken to jail but rather escorted home. They called 911 to request that police return and take a criminal complaint.

Now, O’Neal says that the City of Portland is investigating how Gillock handled the matter. He told Christian News Network that he recently received a call from an investigator who stated that the city had received a number of complaints from those who had learned of the situation.

“The investigator’s concerns centered around the fact the officer was slow to react, that the officer had not utilized the tools at hand … to call the perpetrator to cease his attack, to communicate even with just the sirens that there was police presence there and it would be wise to cease his assault,” O’Neal stated.

“The investigator seemed to agree that this was an infraction of several police policies [and] that he would be further investigating, seeking to interview the other witnesses and victims of the assault,” he said.

While a friend of Gillock’s, who identifies simply as Zach, asserts that the Christians were being “antagonistic” outside of the facility, O’Neal says that the video footage (posted below) shows otherwise—that they were preaching the word of God and calling men and women to repentance and faith in Christ.

“I must address those that are graciously, or not so graciously, claiming that it is un-gracious and ineffective to confront people in their sin and call them to repentance and faith in Christ,” O’Neal wrote online following the original Christian News Network report. “Start asking: ‘What did Jesus do?’ Then read your Bible and you’ll find that He confronted lost sinners about their sins and called them to repentance and faith.”

He said that two babies had been rescued from abortion that day because of the Christians who reached out to them in love and gave them “blessing bags” for the ride home.

O’Neal further notes that he does not wish any harm to Gillock—only that errors will be recognized and that matters will be handled properly in the future as the Portland Police Department has otherwise been supportive of the free speech rights of Christians.

“I don’t want Officer Gillock disciplined in any way that harms or ends his career,” he said, “but I want him to see how grievously he has erred and to take corrective action both personally and in the police department, to say, ‘This was mishandled.'”Officials in Portland, Oregon are investigating a police officer who failed to take action against a man who attacked six Christians with a cleansing agent earlier this month while pronouncing them all “scum.”

Man Allegedly Pulls Gun in Response to Praying Pro-Life Protesters Who Were ‘Shouting Toward’ Him Outside of a Planned Parenthood Clinic

A man has been charged with misdemeanor use of a weapon after a group of pro-life protesters who were praying outside of a Planned Parenthood clinic in Aurora, Illinois, claim that he pulled out a gun as he was entering the building.

Protesters said that the purported incident unfolded early on Saturday morning, as around 40 pro-life activists were praying across the street from the building.

That’s when Clifton Ratney, 21, allegedly flashed his gun as he walked toward the Planned Parenthood facility, reportedly later telling police that he did so due to the fact that the pro-life protesters were “shouting toward” him, the Chicago Tribune reported.

Watch video that captured the purported incident below:

Ratney — who was accompanying a woman inside of the clinic when the alleged incident unfolded — is said to have pulled a 9mm Smith & Wesson handgun, putting it to his chest before once again concealing it and entering the building.

In a Live Action report that did not name Ratney, but that described a similar incident that unfolded at the same clinic over the weekend, pro-life protester Troy Buccini said that he was among those calling out to the couple, and that he continued to plead with them to “keep their child and leave the abortion clinic,” even after the gun had been pulled.

After protesters called authorities, police found Ratney in the Planned Parenthood waiting room and he reportedly admitted to having the gun.

“One of the pro-lifers called police,” Buccini told Live Action News. “He was arrested and the baby was spared for that day, at least.”

While Ratney did have an Indiana Conceal Carry license, he did not have a non-resident license, and was charged with disorderly conduct and unlawful use of a weapon, according to the Chicago Tribune.

This is from a catholic site, yet these are still demon possessed crazies that want to murder their babies and revel in their filth

Shock video: Violent mob of **** pro-abort feminists assaults praying men, tries to burn Cathedral

WARNING: The video footage included below is shocking and contains violence and censored nudity. Viewer discretion is advised.

Mar de Plata, October 13, 2015 (LifeSiteNews) - A horrific and surreal scene unfolded Monday night outside the Cathedral of Mar de Plata in Argentina as hordes of women, many of them masked and half naked, violently assaulted a group of young men who stood outside the Cathedral of Mar de Plata praying and standing watch.

Such violence is becoming the norm for the annual March for Women in the Pope's native land of Argentina, although this year's violence seemed to be the most extreme yet, with the women turning their violence against the police, and even attempting to set the Cathedral on fire.

The women tore down the outer gate of the cathedral and hurled glass bottles and feces at the young men standing guard. When they  attempted to burn down the Cathedral the police began taking measures to  disperse the hordes.

The local group Argentinos Alerta, which helped to organize the peaceful vigil in anticipation of the attack, issued a statement in which they thanked the police for dispatching forces to the Cathedral. The group noted that it was the first time that the police had made an effort to defend church property.

While similar protests have occurred recently in conjunction with the Annual March for Women, the level of violence appears to be increasing.

"There were very tense moments and when I arrived I witnessed families with young children crying trapped inside the church. It was a terrible thing," stated Marcelo Di Pasqua the local chief of police in an interview with local TV.

A similarly disturbing video from the 2013 March for Women shows groups of women spray-painting the crotches and faces of groups of praying men linked arm-in-arm to protect the Cathedral, and using markers to paint their faces with Hitler-like moustaches. They also performed obscene sexual acts in front of them and pushed their breasts onto their faces, all the while shouting “get your rosaries out of our ovaries.”

Meanwhile, after this year's event, the national press such as Clarin described the event as one of police brutality, highlighting only the fact that the police had to disperse the mob, barely describing the violence of the pro-abortion hordes.

In a press release "Catholics for a Free Choice” issued a statement repudiating the police for police brutality against the women.

The graphic videos show a completely different story, with the police and prayer warriors under constant assault from the radical feminists.

While the police and faithful came out bravely to defend the church form the aggressors, putting their bodies in the way of the hordes, it appears that the local Church hierarchy is not willing to do the same.

Father Gabriel Mestre, the Vicar of the Cathedral, stated that "one has to accept the dynamic and the dissent , and in fact in the Church we have to accept it because I think that more than half is in favor of legal abortion, and for that there are proper avenues, within a pluralistic and democratic society to generate policies which each from his ideological frame of reference considers as an appropriate way to progress, just like happened with ‘marriage’ equality or with divorce."

Hospital Drops Abortionist After Demonic Rant Saying He Loves Killing Babies

Last week, LifeNews reported on how a California pro-lifer captured his disturbing exchange with a notorious San Diego abortionist on video. Now, a local hospital has terminated its relationship with the abortion practitioner.

Abortionist Robert Santella has a bad reputation with his patients, having faced several disciplinary measures from the California Medical Board. He also has been accused of injuring several patients in botched abortions.

Recently, pro-life advocate Zephaniah Mel stood outside Santella’s Family Planning Associates abortion clinic in San Diego and was approached by Santella. The 72-year-old abortionist’s demeanor and remarks are extremely disturbing. At one point, Santella, in a demonic rant, told Mel that he “loves” aborting babies.

Now, the pro-life group Operation Rescue says Santella has been dropped by a local hospital:

Allyson Smith was appalled by the recent video showing Robert Santella, an abortionist with the Family Planning Associates abortion facility in San Diego, growling in a demonic “freak-out” at another pro-life activist.

Smith noticed that during his rant, Santella wore an identification badge from Sharp Healthcare, a group of hospitals throughout San Diego County.

Due to her long-time involvement in the pro-life movement, Smith knew exactly what to do. She posted to her Facebook page that she contacted Sharp Healthcare via e-mail on the morning of June 17.

Hi there, I would like to bring this video to your attention. The crazed doctor in this video is Robert Santella, who performs abortions at Family Planning Associates on Miramar Road. You’ll notice he is wearing a Sharp Healthcare ID tag. A quick Internet search reveals that he is affiliated with Grossmont Hospital. Why is this “doctor” allowed to be affiliated with Grossmont Hospital? He is nuts and should be fired. What will you do about him? Thanks.

Keep up with the latest pro-life news and information on Twitter.
Soon, she received a reply from Sharp’s Grossmont Hospital:

Hi Allyson:
Thank you for your message. We appreciate your concerns regarding this physician, and we can assure you that he is no longer affiliated with any of our hospitals, he is not employed by our medical groups, and he does not practice or have admitting privileges at any of our facilities. We are currently looking into other aspects of this matter, and we will provide updates as we have more information.
“This is a great example of how much can be accomplished with just a little smartly directed effort,” said Troy Newman, President of Operation Rescue, which protested Santella regularly in the 1990s and early 2000s before relocating to Kansas. “Allyson’s letter will probably save a lot women from being subjected to Santella’s unstable behavior.”

Santella allegedly botched at least two women’s abortions in 2015 alone, LifeNews reported. Pro-lifers who witnessed one of the incidents said one woman’s mother called 911 for her daughter after Santella and his staff refused to.

Santella also has a bad reputation with the California Medical Board and has faced disciplinary measures on several occasions. The medical board also is reviewing a new case alleging that Santella neglected his treatment of five patients, according to the report.

“If only the California Medical Board had taken stronger measures with Santella when he showed incompetence in 1984 and 2000, a lot of human misery could have been avoided,” said Newman. “Some people are not fit to practice medicine, and Robert Santella is among them. We pray the Medical Board will take sterner measures to limit his options so he will be forced to look for another line of work. We also pray he gets the spiritual and mental health assistance he obviously requires.”

High School Principal Caught on Video Stealing Student’s Pro-Life Sign, Blocking Pro-Life Display

The Fort Wayne Public School Board has received a letter from the Thomas More Society demanding an apology for the alleged disturbing misconduct of South Side High School Principal Carlton Mable.

On November 18, 2016, Mable, in front of students, tried to block pro-life advocates from displaying abortion-condemning signs on the public right of way and prohibit them from providing students with pro-life information. Mable even went so far as to physically wrest a sign away from one pro-life advocate before throwing it to the ground.

Mable’s tirade, caught on video and eventually halted by police, has resulted in the demand issued by attorney Thomas M. Dixon, Thomas More Society Special Counsel and President at Dixon, Wright & Associates, P.C. Acting on behalf of Created Equal and individuals whose First Amendment rights were trampled by Mable, the Thomas More Society has also asked the City of Fort Wayne for reassurances of the continued protection of the pro-life advocates’ constitutionally guaranteed rights.

The letter details how Mable denied Created Equal and its members the right to peaceably assemble and speak on a public sidewalk adjacent to South Side High School by:

    aggressively approaching them
    verbally accosting them
making threats towards them when he saw that he was being videotaped
mischaracterizing a public sidewalk as being school property
asserting a false right to “protect” students from being exposed to speech he deemed inappropriate
forcefully taking property from them and throwing it into the street
flouting and squelching their First Amendment rights in the presence of many students

Follow LifeNews.com on Instagram to help us share pro-life pictures.

The Thomas More Society letter states, “Principal Mable trampled on rights that are enshrined in the First Amendment to the United States Constitution, Articles 2, 3, 4 and 9 of the Indiana Constitution, and are fiercely protected by the United States Supreme Court. Our clients insist on the respect to which they are entitled. We seek written apologies from Principal Mable and School Board Superintendent Dr. Wendy Robinson, assurances from the School Board that this will not happen again, and guarantees from the City of Fort Wayne that it will continue to uphold free speech rights.”

Mark Harrington, National Director of Created Equal, remarked, “Pro-life activists have been experiencing an increase in vandalism and violence at high school campuses across the country. Unfortunately, to some school officials, public sidewalks are considered their own private property in which they feel they can wield control and censor free speech. Creating unconstitutional ‘safe zones’ in the public square where students can be shielded from unpleasant subjects does a disservice to our youth, and does not prepare these young adults for the real world.”

WATCH: Angry Asst Principal Curses Young Pro-Life Activists, Goes Completely Insane

This is liberalism.

If you want a perfect example of an angry, childish liberal, look no further than this video.

A brother-and-sister team, 16-year-old Conner Haines and his 19-year-old sister Lauren, recently stood on the corner sidewalk outside of a public high school in Downington, Pennsylvania, with signs and pamphlets spreading a pro-life message and preaching the tenets of Christianity to cars passing through the intersection.

Conner has his phone on record as STEM Academy’s assistant principal, Zach Ruff, comes storming up to the scene. He is clearly agitated and asks them to move off of school property. They refuse and inform Ruff they are in a public space and that really caused his anger to boil.

For 18 minutes, Ruff stood in front of the Haines to block their signs as he waved to students and parents driving off. But he continually engaged with them and his actions became stranger and increasingly outlandish.

At one point, Conner tells him that unborn babies are the image bearers of God, to which Ruff responds, “You can go to hell where they are, too,” pointing at the anti-abortion signs.

Ruff then unloads, telling them there hasn’t been a single pregnancy in the school for five years and no one has had an abortion under his watch.

“These children are being murdered,” Conner insisted.

“They’re not children, they’re cells,” Ruff exploded, reminding them they are at a science-based school. “Go home!”

Ruff accused the teens of harassing him, although he was the one that approached aggressively. But when Ruff was proselytized to by Conner, that’s when he really came unhinged:

“Listen here son, all right, I’m as gay as the day is long and twice as sunny. I don’t give a f*** what you think Jesus tells me and what I should and should not be doing.”

He also said they should stop trying to preach Christianity because, “Public school, we don’t believe in that here!”

“You do not have permission to speak and engage,” Ruff told them at one point.

When his anger didn’t deter the pro-life teens, Ruff turned to song and began wildly flailing his arms and singing “I Love a Parade” as loudly as he could, ramping up his childish antics.

According to The Blaze, Ruff has been placed on administrative leave. The school released this statement after seeing the video:

“We do not condone or support the conduct expressed in the video and are deeply disappointed that this incident occurred. His conduct does not represent the values of the school district or the respect we expect our employees to show for the civil rights of others.”

That is amazing considering the many liberal indoctrinators who teach kids day in and day out in our public school system.

Watch the full uncensored encounter above and remember, this is liberalism and it’s very angry.

Assistant Principal Resigns after Video Shows Him Cursing at Teens Protesting Abortion

An assistant principal at a Philadelphia school has resigned after receiving criticism after a video showing him shouting and cursing at pro-life teen protesters was posted online.

As ChristianHeadlines.com previously reported, Zach Ruff, the dean of Academics and Student Life at Downington STEM Academy in Chester County, Pennsylvania was caught on video harassing a couple of pro-life teens who were protesting abortion.

Connor Haines, one of the protesters and the teen who filmed Ruff, can be heard saying, “Sir, these are image-bearers of God,” to which Ruff replies, “You can go to hell, where they are, too. They're not children, they're cells! …You're at a science-based school, those are cells! They're the size of a dime, they're cells.”

When Haines told Ruff, "Sir, you need to turn to Jesus Christ,” Ruff began cursing: "Listen here, son, alright. I'm as gay as the day is long and twice as sunny. I don't give a (expletive) what you think Jesus tells me and what I should and should not be doing."

Ruff was initially put on administrative leave after the video surfaced, and according to SRN News, he has now resigned his position at the school.

The school district said they hope to put “this terribly unfortunate incident” behind them. They also said Ruff regrets his behavior and acknowledges that the protesters had the right to be there.

Students Sue Professor for Rubbing Out Pro-Life Chalk Messages

Students at the University of California, Fresno sued a professor Thursday for wiping away pro-life chalk messages that were approved by the university.

The Students for Life group at Fresno and the group Alliance Defending Freedom are suing Dr. Gregory Thatcher, who teaches public health at the university, for scrubbing out pro-life messages the group had chalked on a walkway earlier in May, according to a press release obtained by The Daily Caller News Foundation.

"We have a teacher [who's] telling us to get rid of it," an unnamed student confronted by Students for Life for wiping out the chalk said in the video.

The female student then directed the camerawoman to Thatcher.

"You had permission to put it down," said Thatcher while scrubbing out a message. "I have permission to get rid of it. This is our part of free speech.

"College campuses are not free speech areas. Do you understand? Obviously, you don't understand."

The professor noted that Fresno State has a designated "free speech area," but a Fresno State free expression policy obtained by The Daily Caller News Foundation and effective June 2015 shows that students can engage in free expression "in all outdoor spaces on campus."

"Fresno State Students for Life received full permission to chalk pro-life messages near the library. Rather than countering with his own message, Dr. Thatcher took the illegal approach of censoring speech and inciting students to help in this," stated Kristan Hawkins—president of Students for Life of America—in the press release. "No students should have to endure this kind of intimidation and harassment for simply expressing their views, but especially not those who want to help the women betrayed, and the preborn children killed, by the abortion industry."

Thatcher told The Daily Caller News Foundation that he had no comment.

"The university's policy is clear: Free speech on campus is not limited to a 'free speech zone' or any other narrowly defined area," said Joseph I. Castro, president of Fresno State. "The students who wrote the chalk messages received prior university approval and were well within their rights to express themselves in this manner."

"Those disagreeing with the students' message have a right to their own speech, but they do not have the right to erase or stifle someone else's speech under the guise of their own right to free speech. We are reviewing this matter and take the situation very seriously."

School Official Who Harassed Pro-Life Teens May Have Violated Law

Assistant Principal Zach Ruff got his 15 minutes of fame earlier this year when his cursing tirade against two pro-life teen activists was captured on video. Now he may face legal problems as well, thanks to the footage including evidence that Ruff may have broken the law during his power trip.

From The College Fix:

Zach Ruff of the Downingtown STEM Academy was  captured on video this spring walking out of the school and accosting Lauren and Connor Haines, who are part of a “Christian activist network” that shows graphic abortion images.

He told them he’s gay, said they and aborted children “can go to hell” and screamed that fetuses aren’t human but rather “cells,” as he blocked them from interacting with passers-by:

I don’t give an (expletive) what Jesus tells me about what I should and should not be doing. You are harassing public school students and I will call the police if you don’t shut up.

Ruff’s behavior was illegal, Superintendent Emilie Lonardi said in a July 7 letter to the siblings and their parents that’s included in the school district’s 19-page settlement, made public Thursday:

You had every right under our constitution’s First Amendment to speak and display signs like you did, and that right was violated by Dr. Ruff. Rest assured that Dr. Ruff’s actions do not represent the policy of the School District. Instead, we will be providing information to our employees on the First Amendment rights of individuals. We are committed to preventing incidents like this from happening in the future and will instruct school employees not to violate anyone’s Free Speech rights on public sidewalks outside our schools again.

The school district changed its policies to specifically reflect the Haines and Ruff dispute, which included the assistant principal “attempting to rip a sign out of their hands, which could constitute assault and battery in Pennsylvania,” the siblings’ lawyers at the Alliance Defending Freedom said Thursday.

I get Ruff's frustration. He simply had to be in that spot to perform his duties, and he was confronted by young people with politics very different from his own. I get that.

What I also get is that he completely crossed the line. He believed that, in his role as a school administrator, he was justified in protecting his students not just from potential physical harm, but also from what he considered harmful opinions. Sorry, the only harmful behavior here came in the form of his actions. He tried to violate someone's First Amendment rights, and engaged in a possible assault.

This is not someone to trust to educate our children.
