“Rebranding the Common Core does not change the fact that it is still a top-down, federally controlled approach to education that is untested and unproven,” Wright said. “We know that Americans will not be fooled by dressing-up this failed initiative.”

That's a controlled opposition statement. His beef is that it's "untested and unproven", but apparently has no issue with it's blatant socialist agenda.

He is correct though that many people don't read beyond a headline, or listen beyond a commercial sound bite, so for awhile a name change would have an affect.

But once in practice, it's still the same poison, regardless of the bottle it's in.

What's so shady about this stuff is that we have a national organization involved with educating children that is basically refusing to listen to parents by forcing an agenda on them that they don't want. The state's solution? Change the name of the agenda!

It doesn't matter anymore if the public complains, they'll be forced to do it anyway by a state that is totally ignoring what the public wants and doesn't want.

The fix is in.
